l'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle dichiarazioni di Alessandro,è in zona tranquilla appena fuori città. Manca il marciapiedi per circa 500 metri per chi volesse passeggiare ma a 2 minuti di auto c'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito del supermercato per cui si può lasciare l'auto e continuare a piedi fino al centro storico. Alessandro è cortese e disponibile sempre . Spero di ritornarci.

You were so helpful from beginning to end and have a beautiful apartment in such an amazing spot! Could not have picked a better place to spend time in Tropea - we will definitely be back! For anyone looking for a stay in the heart of Tropea this is the place; the apartment was very spacious and would definitely be comfortable for an even longer stay as it is extremely well appointed. Tiziana and her family also make themselves very accessible for any questions about the apartment, the location, and even just for a friendly conversation in their gelateria. Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

Una delle più belle vacanze che abbia fatto. La Calabria, o meglio la Costa degli Dei, è spettacolare, soprattutto per una come me, che ama il mare e gli scogli. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, è al terzo piano, ma è molto grande ed ha una terrazza con vista sul mare che da sola vale il prezzo. L'abitazione poi ha tutto, ma veramente tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. A Briatico di per sè non c'è nulla; forse ad Agosto sarebbe stata un pò più "movimentata", ma a noi è piaciuta così "fuori dal mondo" e tranquilla. Tanto poi con la macchina ci si può spostare ovunque. L'unica pecca è l'odore di fogna che ogni tanto si sente, ma è un qualcosa che ho visto essere presente un pò dappertutto, anche in alcune spiagge. Che dire, sicuramente tornerò in Calabria, perchè mi è rimasta nel cuore!! Grazie Roger e Alexandre :-)

La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

This village is off the beaten path and not far from the highway. A great town for a stop over or to spend a few days. It’s quite a lovely little village. Floriana’s place was perfect and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thanks again Floriana!

It was perfect, authentic italian household, very comfortable and greatly located. Antonio has been very helpful and nice. We would come back to this place, it is worth it. Thanks for everything.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Agréable séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir le sud de la Calabre. Andréa est réactif en cas de besoin et nous a donné des informations touristiques sur la région. Un grand merci pour les produitsocaux offerts : huile, œufs, miel et fruits...

Felicito a Fabrizio por su casa y por la dedicacion de Carmine y su esposa para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Lo pasamos muy bien porque todo funciona y todo está limpio Dejamos el auto en un lugar muy espacioso y eso es muy importante. Muchas gracias!

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Qs vacanza ci ha scaldato il cuore! L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Maria e Tonino, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Lo scopo del viaggio sul Pollino erano i pini loricati, e l'alloggio é stato un perfetto punto di partenza per le varie escursioni. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e silenzioso. Si trova sulla piccola strada principale del paese, abbellita da murales e ha nelle vicinanze tutto il necessario, bar, alimentari e panificio. Maria é una cuoca eccellente e ci ha fatto trovare una enorme crostata da sogno! La vacanza é stata breve ma intensa, ci porteremo nel cuore le immagini di luoghi meravigliosi insieme al calore e ai sorrisi delle persone che ci hanno accolto. Grazie!

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Giuseppe est un hôte absolument incroyable ! Toujours disponible, très amical et plein de bonnes recommandations ! L'appartement qu'il propose est très bien équipé, moderne et avec service de nettoyage hebdomadaire. Simplement parfait !

Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è molto carino, immerso nel verde, e in un’ottima posizione per visitare la zona. Si può parcheggiare l’auto nella proprietà. Sara e sua mamma sono estremamente gentili e disponibili.

L'appartement de Guiseppe correspond en tous point à la description. Il est aménagé de manière contemporaine, extrêmement propre et tout à fait neuf. Quelqu'un nous a accueilli personnellement alors que nous sommes arrivées vers 21h15. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de la Calabre et proche des commerces et de la mer. C'est vraiment un super endroit et nous y avons passé d'excellente vacances.
