Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Calabria

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

We waren in Zambrone van 7 tot 14 april 2025. In deze periode is Calabrië zich nog aan het klaarmaken voor het toeristisch seizoen. Voordeel: heerlijk rustig, nadeel: in de kleinere dorpjes verlaten en weinig open. Wij hebben heerlijk weer gehad en konden volop genieten van de mooie villa van Pawel. Hij is een 5-sterren host!

Ottimo soggiorno a Parghelia ad agosto. Bilocale in Villa molto bella. panorama dalla finestra della camera strepitoso…direttamente sul mare e su Tropea. Ancora più suggestivo godersi i tramonti meravigliosi direttamente sulle sdraio posizionate nel parco della villa. Tutto pulito e in ordine al nostro arrivo con L’host sempre presente e disponibile. Pro attiva e reattiva la Signora Ivana non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Un plus per la cordialità. Appartamento ben attrezzato e funzionale. Meravigliosa la ventilazione naturale dello stesso. Aria condizionata non utilizzata. Ideale per vacanza di mare con famiglia. Location vicina alle spiagge di Michelino e Vardano,…circa 10 minuti a piedi. Paese di Parghelia ancora più vicino. Tropea a 5 minuti di macchina. Posizione strategica davvero. Complimenti. Ottimo soggiorno.

La villa è immersa nel verde,in una posizione tranquilla ma centrale per raggiungere tutte le località vicine. il vero punto di forza dell' appartamento,arredato con mobili di prestigio e dotato di ogni comfort, è l'immenso giardino panoramico con vista mare. Un vero paradiso dove trascorrere un soggiorno di qualità e godere di spettacolari tramonti, pranzi o cene all'aperto (la struttura è dotata anche di cucina esterna). Ci ritorneremo.

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. This was a slice of heaven! Relax in the private pool or take a taxi to Il Merto beach! Or the closer, Fiumicello beach. Both wonderful …. Il Merto was a more beautiful setting - get a reservation at each before you go. The grocery was a short walk down and to the right for supplies and city center up is also great for restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and had many meals on the patio with a grand sunset.
