Wow. Just wow. When I first looked at Blue Dawn and saw it only had 2 reviews – I was skeptical. Almost skipped past it. I’m SO glad I didn’t. Dario’s place is wonderful. In a quaint village overlooking Capo Coda Cavallo. And you’re greeted by the stunning view of Isola Tavolara at the front door. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – cooking items, towels, bathroom items. Ice cold AC. And fast wi-fi. But the best part – Dario himself. He was super accommodating, allowing us to access the place earlier, and leave later, due to our ferry times. He gave amazing recs, not only for food, but activities and places to go. And his responsiveness was the best I’ve seen in my 8+ years on Airbnb. Thoughtful answers to all my questions. Was blown away. You'll need a car. There are many amazing beaches close by. But a regular supermarket is a 10-minute drive. Added bonus: the comfy swing chair out front :) 5-stars. I’d give it 7 if I could.

The view and home photos are accurate. It is decorated so cute and has an incredible view. The porch is a magical place to sit. If those are your two priorities you will be very pleased with this rental. The owners are helpful and respond to any messages quickly. There are some things to consider to make sure this rental is for you. First it is up a narrow road that climbs a bit and parking the car you must be confident to get it turned around on a tight road to enter the parking spot. Eleonara is wonderful and met us there our first time to show us where to park and explain everything. The kitchen does not have a microwave or dishwasher. We made a lot of food on the gas stove and hand washed dishes. There is a convection oven on the counter but it was faster to use a frying pan for us. As can be customary in Italy there is a washer but no clothes dryer so be prepared to dry your clothes outside on the line or bring enough clothes for your stay. All in all a wonderful week!

Fantastic, fantastically fantastic, we can only say. The location with a fabulous 270 degrees sea,bay view of the green blue "Caribbean water", even during breakfast from our balcony, we will never forget. The residential complex was also very quiet and is "on the top". The apartment is extravagant and very stylishly renovated, with high-quality kitchen appliances... in short: We didn't miss it. Michele responded to questions within minutes, was always very helpful and very well organized. Also the management with the key handover was super nice, people you want as friends. I would recommend a car to anyone to be flexible. Michele and his apartment are an absolute secret tip...Michele, we always love to come back, just to you.

cozy place, beautiful veranda with a view and a large table to chill. there’s almost nothing in the area (except a small shop) so you need to drive for anything. quick drive to the beautiful Punta Est for an amazing sunset view.

With my partner, we spent the month of May and the beginning of June in this villa surrounded by the beautiful nature of Capo Coda Cavallo. The view from the patio was lovely: sea, hills, mountains, sunsets. The period was ideal, as the masses of tourists still did not crowd this area of Sardinia, so we could enjoy nature, silence, and tranquility (it was exactly what we were looking for). The cottage has a small garden where my cat could happily wander. The scent of jasmine and myrtle was predominant. The house had everything you needed to live comfortably: washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, smart TV, good internet connection. A special thanks to Mr. Nicola, factotum on site on behalf of the owners, who assisted us with every need. Thanks also to the owners who were available and always courteous.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Viola's rental property. The house was beautiful and impeccable, even better than the pictures online. We enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach, as well as eating our meals on the terrace overlooking an amazing view. It was wonderful having the saltwater pool to cool off in the afternoons. The house is a short drive to local restaurants and a delicious gelateria, and 20 minutes from San Teodoro where we had fun visiting the night market. Viola was a terrific host. She was very helpful and attentive. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay. Great solution for families with children who want to enjoy the beautiful sea of Sardinia. The villa (surrounded by a garden and with a covered parking space) is immersed in the greenery of a pine forest and is extremely quiet as well as equipped with all comforts. The beach of Cala Suaraccia can be reached on foot (luxury in the middle of August in Sardinia), offers a unique view of the islands of Tavolara and Molara, a guest service is available that provides the placement of an umbrella on the beach (if you arrive early in the morning the first row is secured), as well as a bar, kayaking excursions and boat rental. Nearby are other iconic beaches in the area such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta, all within a 5-15 minute drive. The center of San Teodoro is about 10 km away and offers several shopping solutions, a dinner outside or just an ice cream in the square. I mean, we had a great time and we'll definitely be back.
