Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

The terrace overlooking the sea is what makes my place unique. A beautiful breathtaking sea view of the cove and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, will welcome you upon your arrival on a terrace equipped with table and chairs, sofa with armchairs and outdoor chairs to spend your convivial and relaxing moments. In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

A bright living area is presented with light-colored walls and large windows allowing ample natural light. A comfortable couch is positioned alongside a wooden sideboard. A dining table and additional seating create a welcoming space, complemented by a subtle blend of modern and traditional furnishings.
