During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the authentic, familiar atmosphere that has always made it a special place for us. It opens onto a large terrace with a garden and views of the hill, shaded by a large, nearly century-old laurel tree from which it takes its name. Located within walking distance of the town center, where you will find an 18th-century church, a pharmacy, a café, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a delightful ice cream shop.

Serafina Apartment

Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in compliance with the architectural canons and with the use of the materials of the ancient Baunese houses. The apartment located on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, an equipped living room kitchen and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guests.

Vacation home Cala Gonone 2 is located just 11 minutes walk from the beach (950 m) in the village of the same name on the east coast of Sardinia. The vacation home with sea and mountain views has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which ensuite) and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV. Enjoy wonderful moments overlooking the sea on your open, private terrace, equipped with garden furniture.

Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

The house consists of a large dining room and relaxing living room, about 30 square meters, and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom with access from the living room. Outside there is a large veranda with a barbecue and private parking. The house is equipped with an external video surveillance system. Very friendly cats visit the garden of the house. The house is 9 km from the gorge of Gorroppu and Tiscali.
