The housing unit is in fact located in the residential area of the town, a private area that can only be reached by residents who have the remote control for the bar located at the entrance of the street; the apartment is about a five-minute walk from the center of the town; a ten-minute walk from the port and a thirty-second walk from the nearest beach; the house has private parking.
