Fabio’s place was lovely, full of character & charm with views of the water. Having the washing machine was a real plus. The location was great for walking to restaurants & the pedestrian zone, easy access to the port for ferries & a good base to visit Erice which is a must. He was a wonderful & responsive host, giving us many helpful recommendations!

A lovely apartment in a lovely central area but with no noise. Top floor flat and stairs up were a challenge after a day out walking but not a problem. Communication was excellent as were the photos and description of the apartment. It was a shame the church view from the roof terrace was of scaffolding but this wasnt Antonino's fault!

We highly recommend the place. In advance, Vincenzo gave us exact information on how to get to the city by bus. He picked us up from the bus stop in the evening and took us to the apartment. The location is great. You can inquire about everything on foot and have nice cafes and restaurants in the corner. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, even if there is a restaurant across the street. Great flair for a nice stay in Palermo.

Giulia was a very kind host, always available for advice and for any request for clarification. The apartment is very nice and centrally located to visit Palermo. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend La Casa di Giulia to everyone for a relaxing stay in Palermo.

We had a nice time in Raula's apartment. The location is ideal for exploring Palermo on foot. Raula is a great host, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment is lovingly designed and has everything you need. I'd love to come back and highly recommend staying with Raula.

The apartment is very well located for exploring Palermo on foot. (You have to be good on your feet, even to get up the steep stairs to the apartment!) The apartment is cozy, and the terrace is quite wonderful! Communication with Viviana is particularly good, she really answers immediately and the list of restaurants was great! we would definitely come back!

Antonio’s place was great. Antonio was a good communicator and allowed us to drop off our bags early while the place was getting cleaned. When we arrived hours later, we were welcomed with fresh pastries, bread, jam, oranges, coffee and other beverages. The place was spotless and cozy. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an outdoor patio for those sunny afternoons. The only thing I would mention, is that the apartment is on the first floor, and it can get noisy very early in the morning with residents leaving for work and children heading to school, otherwise, everything was great.

Beautiful apartment in the center of the old town with 2 balconies. An island of calm. Only bird voices are audible, although we are in the middle of a noisy lively city. Lucia was very helpful and everything worked out great.

The apartment was excellent! Very good location, close to everything, we had a great time! Extremely comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen.. the host was even kind enough to rise the temperature in the apartment after asking. The only thing I would add is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The walls of the apartments on the floor are really thin, you can hear the conversation from the apartments next door. We didn’t mind because we didn’t spend much time inside. But it is good to know if someone is a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

Firstly let me thanks Nico for being such a great host. While I was doing some research about heading to Sicily I happened to find some of Nico's YouTube videos from his channel wearepalermo. Here are the details centrally located. Amazing old building completely refurbished. Comfy bed with great cotton sheets, and a full kitchen if you want to have some food for yourself. But here is the best part. Nico is basically a legitimate tour guide/ concierge. He was available to give us recommendations and ideas for anything we wanted to do and even gave us some great tips on what to see and where to eat. It's almost a steal when you consider the price. I hope you get a good deal but I think Nico could charge double for this place. If you can get this place, book it! Thank you for the top tier hospitality, Nico!

We spent 4 nights with family (2 adults and 2 children) in this spacious accommodation with large beds. Ideally located near the cathedral, this allowed us to visit the historic center on foot. The neighborhood includes restaurants as well as various local shops. I recommend it to discover the rich history of Palermo without having to use the car or bus.

Our tour of Sicily ended in Palermo. The location was perfect. We were able to park the car on the private property and leave it there because everything was easily accessible on foot. Large and spacious apartment where everything seemed brand new, so clean it was. Lovely garden where to sit under the sun.

The place is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Piero is very helpful and clear. I worked from home and never had any issues with the connection. The neighbor is very noisy but this has given me no problem. You can walk to different areas of the historic center. Characteristic neighborhood but at times, especially in the evening, I felt it was unsafe on my own.

We had a great stay in Palermo. The apartment is very central and within easy walking distance of the main sights. Having a Lidl around the corner was very handy! Michelangelo was very helpful and friendly and gave us help about driving in and out of the ZTL which we would not otherwise have realised. The apartment was very clean, spacious and private. Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We loved our stay at Giusi’s apartment! It is right in the heart of the historical centre. All around there are nice bars, restaurants, and shops. The area is lively and fun. Every touristic sight we wanted to visit was within walking distance, this was a great plus. We found the apartment nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. Giusi was extremely helpful with valuable advice. She replied to our questions so quickly, we are very grateful for this. She is an excellent host. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who is dreaming of a holiday in Palermo. :)

This airbnb has a beautiful view and great location. The photos really don't lie. There is noise from the streets that can get loud but therefore it's very central with lots of big windows. The host proactively gave easy to follow instructions. There is free public parking next to the building, but it's not guarantied to get a spot. Probably one of the very best airbnbs that I have visited so far.

Lovely apartment in the center of Calatafimi, a short walk from restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Brand new and very cozy. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pleasant terrace. The town is perfect for excursions in western Sicily as, 5 minutes from the famous Segesta, it is only 20 minutes from Scopello, Trapani, Erice, the Egadi islands. Parking spot under the house. Highly recommended for couples, families and friends. Great hospitality.

Our hosts were very special people. They took care of every request our family had! Their approach to hospitality made our vacation seemless, memorable and something we will cherish for a long time. We cannot recommend the property enough - it is large, clean and felt like home. Close to all the main attractions of mondello, and a close drive to Palermo center - we enjoyed days at the beach and nights in the city. We felt like part of their wonderful family and are so grateful we found this Airbnb. They made several recommendations that localized our trip in such a positive way. Thank you to Antonio and his family, we will miss you and hope our life crosses paths again.

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

We really felt at home. The place was cozy and clean and Marina was very helpful. The small courtyard is nice. Very convenient for walking to the center and the main attractions. No difficulty parking near the apartment which is on the ground floor but still very quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (including towels and tablecloth) we recommend adding a microwave.

We had a great stay! The appartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. The rooftop is where we spent the most time , with a great view on surrounding monuments and a jacuzzi. Stefania booked a taxi to get us from the airport to the appartment and then to a private beach where she had made a reservation, which was a perfect way to get into this vacation. She was also very responsive when we had questions. We definitely recommend!

Perfect bachelorette farewell. I highly recommend Silvia's apartment, a real jewel in the heart of Palermo. The apartment is really wonderful, cared for in every detail, elegant and refined. For not to worry about the terrace with whirlpool. We had a great time in 5, perfect spaces and Silvia was impeccable, providing us with all the information to make the stay magnificent. We found a welcome bottle, snacks, bathtub already ready for use and the ability to leave luggage at checkout. Then the house is equipped with all the comforts and is really comfortable and in the city center. Highly recommended.

Mauro's apartment is centrally located, on the main street of Palermo, and convenient to any service (station, bus stop, shops, restaurants). It is clean and equipped with every comfort to spend the best time in this city. The host was always available, kind and caring, available for any of our needs. He recommended where to go to eat, where to have breakfast, places to visit, etc. Surely if we return to Palermo we will consider this solution, because it was great for us in all respects. Highly recommended!
