The decoration of very good taste, with details made by the hostess herself, with exemplary care and care. Veronica was an excellent host, very attentive. The building has 24-hour concierge, secure parking and is in a quiet neighborhood. close to several restaurants, supermarket and 2 shopping centers, it was possible to do everything on foot. The accommodation was perfect, the best I've ever had on Airbnb.

Excellent house. It is really a spectacular home with wonderful views and amenities. It has been built in a high location, so the views of the city are just breath taking. The several gathering areas are cozy. There's a karaoke area in the terrace with disco lights and beatiful views of the city. Juan Carlos was an excellent host in every way. He always responded quickly to our requests. I will recommend this wonderful home for any group of people looking to make long lasting good memories. My group and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again for sure. Thank you so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful stay and for being such an attentive host.

Our stay at Joana's beautiful house was quite wonderful. The university is around the corner, very easy to reach the center of Cochabamba by public transport. We slept very well in comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything you need. In the shower, there was always hot water. The most beautiful was of course the magnificent garden, and with the warm (but never too hot) climate in Cochabamba we often sat on the beautiful terrace until late.

The house is very beautiful, well designed and very comfortable. The location is nice, the place is relatively close to restaurants, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets and other businesses. My family loved the stay.

This is the second time I've stayed here at Sophie's place. Without any hesitation and/or reservations allow me to say that this is a 5 star place. All amenities were at my disposal. The location is perfect. Half a block from Fidel Anze Park where my wife and I were able to exercise everyday. Private parking on premises is always a plus. Sophie was always extremely cordial and precise with her instructions. I'll definitely be back when I come to Cochabamba.

Loved staying at this spacious penthouse in Cbba. It was very comfortable for two couples with 2 babies and 1 other adult. The only thing to note especially with kids is there is an academy nearby where bands rehearse. It was lovely to hear the music but it can get very loud when trying to put the babies to sleep. Otherwise the location is great and very walkable. Easy to get a taxi anywhere from the corner/plaza. The person at the front is super friendly and helpful and made us feel safe the whole time. Will definitely book again when visiting Cbba.
