Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Hi, Furnished T1 bis apartment on the ground floor in the heart of the village of Caissargues, 30 m²: living room/kitchenette, bedroom with large closet, bathroom, and separate toilet. Independent apartment entrance in a small building of 2 apartments. No outside area (no garden, no balcony/terrace). Beach/Montpellier 30 minutes away, 3 minutes from the A54. Intermarché 1 min, shops and post office opposite the apartment. Bus and Tram bus nearby to reach the city center of Nîmes in 10 minutes.

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor with no elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

The apartment has a 140x190 bed to accommodate 2 guests.
