Loft vacation rentals in Cagliari

Casa Laura is a great place to stay, we’d recommend it without hesitation. Whilst the photos are accurate, the apartment looks even nicer in person - with beautiful high ceilings. Although it’s a studio, it doesn’t feel small and the outside area is a nice bonus. Elsa and Andrea were super helpful and responsive. The apartment is easily walkable to lots of restaurants and shops, also close to museums etc. The area and the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful (some noise on weekday mornings but this is to be expected, and we slept with earplugs so were not bothered). Communication was easy and the place is straight forward to find. Our only (very minor!) difficulties were finding parking (it’s a complicated system in Cagliari, worth looking up before you come) and an alarm in the flat that beeped quite often at times (eg when cooking). Andrea gave us detailed written information about the parking, which was much appreciated. Thank you Elsa and Andrea!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sergio. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, en plein centre mais dans une rue calme. L’appartement était très bien décoré et avait tout le nécessaire. Sergio était très réactif et nous a très bien renseigné. Le checkout et checkin étaient simples et flexibles. Il n’est pas possible de se garer sur place mais Sergio nous avait envoyé des instructions très claires pour nous aider à trouver une place. Je recommande définitivement cet endroit!

We could have not had a more pleasurable experience staying here. My son a came for a short 4 day break and this quirky property which was perfect. From booking us transfers to and from the airport and putting us in touch with some great tours around the city and beyond - they could not have done more. The communication and help was excellent. It made our trip so easy. The property is seconds walk from incredible views over the city. You are up high, so be aware to walk around into the centre, there are stairs - lots of stairs - but you'd be wanting to walk around anyway to see this amazing city. We felt safe and secure in our little bolthole. It was quiet but within seconds you can be sipping cocktails, looking out over the city in a restaurant. Highly recommend.

Consuelo was a brilliant host. The apartment has a lovely view of the city and, being walking distance from lots of places to eat and drink, is in a perfect location. It is also located close to accessible transport links which means traveling to the beach is quick and easy.

We stayed one week at Alessandra's place. The location is super central. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes downstairs. Supermarket around the corner. The apartment was clean and very well equipped! Bed was super comfortable. nice terrace where you could watch the night crowds walking by or having dinner. I can definitely 100% recommend this place. Alessandra was very responsive and provided a lot of tips. Crazie mille Alessandra!!!!!

Frederico was incredibly helpful from making sure we landed on time to meeting us to help us with our luggage. After showing us the best local breakfast around, he was kind enough to give my husband a ride back to the airport to pick up our rental car. From making sure our WiFi was working correctly for us to making sure the kitchen was stocked with basics, he did everything possible to make our stay seamless. The apartment was spotless and in an exciting and lively area full of restaurants and shopping, and an easy walk to museums and the seashore. I rate Frederico and his apartment five stars. He answered every question we had and also helped us understand the parking app which was a bit complicated! Great stay!!

Appartamento in zona centrale e deliziosa di cagliari! Tutto comodo e pulito! Host gentili, simpatici e ottimi suggeritori di posti nelle vicinanze! Consigliato!

All you need to feel comfortable. I was lucky enough to find parking in the blue zone parking behind the building. Maybe because it was low season. You need coins as the app for parking do not work for this spot, also the machine card reader does not work. If you are a light sleeper be aware that you hear everything from outside as windows are not with double glass.

Our family had a great time staying in Ketty's loft! The apartment was very cozy and colourful and we had everything we needed during our stay including a toy in the front for our 3 year old son and a booster chair for him during mealtimes. Thank you Ketty!
