Gian’s apartment is located in a gorgeous location, with 360° mountain views. Although the town is small, there are still some shops nearby, and some restaurants. Lots of beautiful hikes available in the area. My wife, daughter, and I visited in May, and the apartment can definitely get cold throughout the day, and night time. It is possible to heat the place with firewood, available at DeSpar nearby. The heaters will blow the fuse if operated at the same time, as some other reviews mentioned, but if everything is turned off at night (including the water heater), you can close all doors, and heat one room with the electric heater no problem. Great stay overall with no issues.

It was a beautiful surprise, a very modern apartment with all the comforts, the four of us slept there also taking advantage of the sofa bed (very comfortable). Underfloor heating with a very modern ventilation system, the living room has a window with a beautiful mountain view and a huge smart TV, the bathroom has a fantastic walk-in shower, the kitchen was impeccable with all the necessary tools, and Alois proved to be a really helpful and timely host. We will definitely be back.

Helena welcomed us with a smile and is kind and helpful. The apartment is perfect, with everything we needed. It's also in a superb location and interesting to find. With beautiful walks from the door. The snow was sparse when we visited so the adjoining ski centre was closed. With good snow you could literally ski in and out. The area is a fantastic place to explore. We had a great time.

The place was a bit far from town, thus very peaceful and private. The landlord—Maria, was very kind and easy to reached. The other family members were also welcoming. Overall, I’d recommend anyone who’s coming to Bolzano/the Dolomites to spend some nights here.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Robert's accommodation, although located in a subdivision, away from the city, is a good base. The accommodation is very functional, and a rare thing offers two bathrooms! Very useful when we are two couples, it avoids waiting. Robert has marked out the environment and access to the accommodation with additional photos. Very responsive. Recommended without hesitation, with good value for the money.

This is an impressive property, set in a beautifully maintained garden. The rooms are extremely spacious and we had everything we needed for a great stay. It's in a village about 15 minutes from charming Treviso, and about 30-45 minutes from Venice by train. Lorella was a great host - she always responded quickly if we had a question, and gave us some helpful recommendations of sights and places to eat. We would highly recommend this place.

Your place from Sergio was very nice. In winter with a lot of snow, you need snow chains. You have it very quiet and yet supermarkets can be reached quickly and you can only drive to the Sella Ronda in 15 minutes.

This place is just amazing! You will not regret booking here. Dario, Annalisa’s brother who lives next door, was just so helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of, including a cold local Prosecco in the fridge which was delicious! We explored the vineyards and just relaxed on the terrace. The views are spectacular. We travelled with our three small children and they had the best time. Highly recommend!

The place was so cute and relaxing. Alessandro was very helpful because it was hard to find the place and we called in the middle of the night and he answered the phone and helped us it was really professional. Everything was great.

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Postcard location, for wine lovers. Suitable place for walks, great starting point for visiting the area. All of our questions or requests were promptly met. Cozy house, one flaw, in our apartment, the kitchen is a little small and without an oven and microwave if you don't feel like going out to dinner every night.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is bright and well decorated, with a private terrace and an underground garage that were very convenient. We also appreciated the shared garden — fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog, and ideal for enjoying the sun on the loungers. The view of the mountains from the garden was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very practical for cooking and included a dishwasher. The smart TV was also a nice touch and very convenient. Leonhard was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The apartment corresponded to the photos, is centrally located and you can quickly walk to the center of the village.

Alberto was a great host. Always responsive. Apartment is very spacious and has all the that you need. Close to railway station and central Piazza - less than 10 minutes walk. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Bolzano.

We had just finished two weeks of very busy travel in Europe and upon arrival at Villa Pampinuccia, found it to be a quiet and relaxing place to be. We felt right at home. Monica and her husband made us feel welcome immediately. They are are friendly, helpful and offered much information about the area. The apartment is roomy, extremely clean and tidy and really is, a home away from home. Villa Pampinuccia is in a good location to explore the many nearby towns and at most, is a 30 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Bassano del Grappa . To summarise ... Villa Pampinuccia is just perfect!!
