the stay was very pleasant, you immediately felt at home. clean, comfortable and comfortable apartment, equipped with every useful functionality for a short or medium stay. posistrategics has allowed us to fully enjoy the Christmas atmosphere and take beautiful walks.

We would give both Laura and her place 100/10! Quaint? Check. Well appointed? Double check. Responsive to our (few) questions? Triple check! Super walkable location with no car? Check! We would happily stay here over and over. ❤️🧡💛

Nice Location and very close to the ski area!

We had a wonderful week in Dagmar's apartment. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need as a family with two children. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Buses leave nearby for the Kronplatz ski resort, but we used the car for this. Communication with Dagmar and Max was totally pleasant, all questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay and very helpful owners

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

The house is spacious and equipped with all comforts. Mario was very kind to us and it was a real pleasure staying with him.

Everything is in order, it's the third time we've stayed here. Responsive host. The apartment has everything, including children's games. The area is quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby if needed. Very close to the highway.

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Beautifully renovated old farm - great location for cross-country skiing and ski tours

The nights at the place were great. A good bed helped us to recover from the strenuous climbing days. Luciano was super nice and showed us everything. Glad to come back 😀

Great location, just on the outskirts of town. Plenty of great restaurants. The house was very large and perfect for the 4 of us. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Only suggestion I have for the guests, bring your bathroom soaps and some paper towels. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place. Marc

The welcome was warm, the hosts very available to advise us on nearby restaurants and other activities. Very responsive also when we needed appliances. Beautiful quiet environment, in the green, outside Pordenone. Fast downtown access and supermarket 2 min drive.

The flat was warm with a beautiful view. The garage and the parking spots were very handy. The flat is 50-60s style but everything works. Close to the city centre.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Perfect Airbnb for a beach vacation. Apartment right in the old town on a large square (it could therefore get louder in the evening but is quiet from 11:30 PM at the latest (except for the water fountains). However, this was never a problem for us, we were still able to sleep very well. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. Giovanni always responds very quickly and gave us tips for the area (pizzeria opposite the complex with the best pizzas). It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There we had 2 loungers included for a week.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

Practically new, clean, equipped and with a spacious and bright living room. Spaces are rational and well distributed. The house is minutes from the cable car to Alpe di Siusi. Amenities and restaurants are within walking distance. If I had to go back to Trentino with my family, I would not hesitate to choose this place. A great place for families with children. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one of which is located right behind the house. There are great restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Luca is a very friendly host 👍🏼
