A beautiful, very clean apartment. Larger than imagined from the pictures seen. Flawless. Very clean kitchen with lots of utensils and everything you need for cooking. Linens and towels very clean and new. Problem with the Wi-Fi resolved directly after contact. For the children there is a wide range of play options in the garden. The sauna is excellent. We'll definitely be back.. Thank you

Multi-story house, small but cozy, functional if you want to travel to the surrounding areas. Great housekeeping and house order. Check-in is flexible, very friendly host and available for questions or clarifications.

The place was amazing, very cozy and with everything we needed. The house is very spacious so it was very comfortable for our group of 10 people. Many bathrooms were huge plus. The sauna was a great addition to our stay. 100% recommend.

Helene welcomed us in a super friendly way. Everything is as described in the listing. A wonderful area. You just have to be aware that you need a car (shopping, restaurant, etc.). We will certainly be back 😄

We spent a week here and loved the location and our hosts. Hosts are a young family who were very responsive, helpful and kind. They brought us a cornetto every morning! The views from the apartment were amazing and it was right on a walking path and the skibus route. We rarely used the bus and just walked to the gondola where we rented skis and coukd leave them there with our boots overnight…so no lugging equipment. Santa Cristina has superb access to all the slopes and villages in the Dolomiti Superski area…much better than Ortesei. The village is smaller and more quaint and all walkable. We hit the supermarket on our way home from the slopes and cooked on nights we were lazy…also ate out at three excellent restaurants. Apartment was great: cozy, comfy beds, great shower, heated floors in bathroom…just really top quality building. Great quality cooking gear and all amenities necessary to cook in (except an oven). Living area is small, but fine for us two. Loved it! We will be back!

We stayed here for five days to ski. The property is easy to find and easily accessible. It is recommended to have a car to get to the ski resort as it is a long way to the bus stop in the village. The apartment is very nice and looks exactly like in the photos. The equipment is sufficient, but if you would like to cook yourself, you should bring your hand tools (sharp knives, spices,...). The communication with Hedi was nice & straightforward at all times.

Place was very nice and clean great for kids. The pool is very clean. Nice neighbors. The only negative was the mosquitoes so mosquito spray has to be. It was a very nice holiday happy to come back.

Fantastic accomodation and location. Couldn’t recommend more! It is quiet and peaceful, but close to lots of the local attractions. The renovated farmhouse is amazing, beautifully done and is better in real life than the photos! Everything you need for the perfect getaway.

The accommodation is a typical South Tyrolean house, with a fireplace to heat the house (it also has radiators), spacious rooms, all made of wood and very cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and a large table to have breakfast all together, the house is in the middle of nature, ideal to rest and disconnect after a long day of skiing or hiking through any of the Dolomite mountains. It's close to several typical and tiny villages with restaurants that Birgit recommends. We went to one in St. Genesio to make some pizzas and the truth is that it was very good. Also, if you want a little more atmosphere, Bolzano is just a 15-minute drive away, where you will find all kinds of restaurants and a very cozy center. From this house we went to several ski slopes and they were all about 45 minutes away by car. We went to Alpe di Siusi, Carezza and Obereggen. but you can always ask Birgit and she'll tell you where to go skiing. Thank you for everything Birgit.

Very convenient and functional accommodation, which is as described. Spacious and quiet, perfect for stopping in the dolomites.

Hello! Everything was wonderful. The space is beautiful and the view is sensational.

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

A place you would come back to... comfortable, equipped and a few steps from supermarket/pharmacy/tobacco and ski lifts

Julian is a fantastic host, very responsive, kind and friendly! He gave us great recommendations and helped us navigating the area around San Cipriano. The apartment was cozy and clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. The surroundings are very peaceful and great for someone who is trying to disconnect. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Maria's apartment. She and her husband were friendly and helpful and we felt welcome. Apartment was well equipped for a week long stay, greatly located in the center of outdoor activities. We appreciated the ski room. We would definitely come back.

The apartment was just what we expected from the booking ad. The owners are extremely friendly. We really appreciated the option of being able to order fresh local products for breakfast! The only small flaw is the fact that the apartment is in a somewhat rural area, you always need to get around by car. From up there, however, you can enjoy a wonderful view and a lot of peace!

The place was super modern, with all the amenities. Rooms were set up for 2 couples with each their own bedroom. Plus a couple of family members in a bunk room connected to a master. Nice spa. 3 minute walk to/from the lift. As well as a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. 👍🏼

Idyllic location in the heart of the village. We stayed here for a week in the summer with our two young children and were very satisfied. The property is walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 2 min walk with access to larger towns like Ortisei. There is a brilliant kids park right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Local trails we enjoyed with children were- PanaRaida and Troi Di Tieres. The location is a cycling and hiking dream with so many great places to explore. Simon met us on arrival and was very helpful, his father lives downstairs and was super friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again to experience the area in winter for skiing. Thanks for a super stay!
