A thoroughly cozy and lovely place. Lots of personal charm and history. Everything you needed and more was available. Very welcoming, informative and hospitable host. Perfectly located for exploring the southern Dolomites or enjoying the tranquility and nature of the house. Exciting house to explore. Close distance to good shopping, shops, and restaurants. Have the greatest desire to come back - can only be recommended.

Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for groups because it is isolated and has large outdoor spaces that allow activities (soccer, volleyball, tennis, bocce) or relaxation (sun terrace, hot tub, sauna both inside and outside the house). Several hiking excursions of varying levels also start from the area. Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Patrizia and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The chalet, nestled in the Dolomites, is a real slice of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the silence that the surrounding space imposes.

Our stay at Karl and Romy was everything we imagined when planning this trip. The apartment was great with beautiful surroundings, easy to get around and Romy was super helpful and really made us feel at home. Would love to come back.

This small practical and functional studio is ideal after a day spent outside. You can enjoy the calm in complete tranquility with a superb view of the surrounding landscapes. The owners, overlooking the property, are discreet and remain available if there is anything you need. We loved the small garden, provided, for the children to play with our dog. Chalet surrounded by greenery and in the total tranquility of Trentino, equipped with all comforts, very clean and reachable with any type of car, if you are inexperienced at driving but better to have someone else drive in the last stretch. Starting on foot from the house, you can take several hikes or mountain bike without particular physical preparation and enjoy breathtaking views. Added value, a nice fox who visited us every night. Recommended!

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

Giulia was very reactive. Alignement was always natural and the flat was conform to the description. Dog friendly, accessible, handy, in a calm environment. All you need to have a good time in that region after a big hike day.

We had rented all three residential units and spent four great days with friends. Well-equipped apartments, clean, and appealing. An ideal base for various excursions within a radius of about 40 minutes. Good and quick communication, a thank you to Alessandra.

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.
