The apartment is located in a quiet location where you will enjoy the peace and privacy, but you are still close to the city center and its attractions. The perfect place to relax and discover Žilina.

We invite you to a beautiful wooden house with an outdoor glass sauna overlooking the forest and a hot tub where you can regenerate. (note: in winter, in the case of cold conditions, we reserve the possibility of temporarily turning off the hot tub from use). In the house 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. In winter, we offer 2 cool ski slopes nearby: Zagroń and Golden Groń. And a great ski resort in Szczyrk is 45 minutes away. IMPORTANT: It's a good idea to bring chains in the winter for safety.

Povala is a cozy apartment in the heart of the old town. From the train and bus stations, you can take a pleasant walk through the pedestrian zone in less than 10 minutes. You can park your car in a private parking lot and go straight to the evening city. Or relax in a rocking chair overlooking the sky. The apartment provides comfortable facilities, it is air-conditioned. There is an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels. Nearby there is a shopping center, grocery store, pharmacy, ATM.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
