Enchanting place and impeccable host. Samuel demonstrated a lot of proactivity and welcomed us with a delicious basket of local produce. Claudia Cozinheria made all the difference. We love our stay. Super recommend !!

The Sítio de Marcelo e Júlia is really cozy and charming, it is a place to forget the city, and to be able to live good times in the family and enjoy the children and having contact with Nature and we have a lot of enjoyment of the goibadas and Avocados harvested directly from the foot by ourselves. All small mishaps were quickly resolved by Julia and Marcelo. The only one that is located is for the distance of the city, it takes an average of about 30 minutes to reach downtown Caconde, about 10 or 11 km of dirt road that is not difficult, but on some stretches it is very narrow and even touches the cars, but it is quiet to pass. However I will bring good memories of this wonderful place that I really enjoyed being, I would definitely come back.

Our stay was sensational. Dona Tianinha, Roni and Alexandre are amazing people. We enjoyed the space a lot, my daughters loved this contact with nature and with the countryside, something we could not provide for them in the capital of SP. They rode a horse, took milk from the cows, suckled for calves, and even named a calf that had just been born. It was amazing our experience. I definitely recommend it, and we will definitely be hosting again.

Apt, practical with electronic lock, relatively new and comfortable, wonderful view, comfortable beds and good bedding, 2 bathrooms was great, many lockers. Smart TV with Wi-Fi available. The condominium with very friendly, helpful and attentive residents with Airbnb guests, The pool is for adults, but the kids like buoys, playground is not big but enough for children to play, all with a very beautiful view of the mountains. Sports Quadra, and the small trail to the viewpoint is a very pleasant discovery, great for exercises, great lawn to practice yoga and meditate with an amazing view. The condominium is relatively new, so everything is in good condition, it is only bad for those who have difficulty in locomotion, because the land is ingrime. The host Geanete is a great person, who despite seeing her in person I felt all her affection and disposition in the moments I reached out to have the best experience possible. I recommend it!!
