Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

Alexandra and Loïc are friendly hosts who care about the hospitality and comfort of their guests. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, very well arranged with a neat decor. I would go back there without so much as a second thought and highly recommend it.

We had some lovely days at his flat and Paris. Matthieu is really nice and responds fast.

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Fabien's apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for a weekend in Paris. You can easily get to the city center by bus and RER or metro and escape the hustle and bustle in the evening. The area also feels very safe. Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained and nicely furnished. Everything you could use was available. Check in and check out were flexible and hassle-free. Communication with the hostess was very nice and helpful. Overall a great location and apartment, definitely recommended.

We had an outstanding experience at this beautifully refurbished apartment in Bourg-la-Reine. Clean, quiet accommodation and as advertised, I would even say better than in the photos. Very well located for what I had to do. Host was responsive and accommodating. Nothing to complain about, I recommend!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Amazing amazing amazing! Such a kind host and a wonderful living space. Even the couch was as comfortable as a bed! She was very considerate - provided a coffee bar, wifi, and even a polaroid camera for us to take photos. 100/10 would recommend. Please keep in mind that Paris and the surroundings are quite hot during the summer and there’s no air con or built in fan but she does have a fan that she offered for us to use.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
