Appartement parisien chaleureux de 32 m² situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble des années 1930, dans une jolie cour intérieure calme et sécurisée. Le salon et la chambre sont séparés par une grande verrière qui donne beaucoup de charme et de lumière à l’espace. Il y'a un petit coin cuisine et une petite salle de bains. Idéal pour un couple ou un séjour professionnel, entre la Butte-aux-Cailles et le quartier chinois, avec la ligne 14 à proximité pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Paris.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)
