Tiene un diseño y decoración que lo hacen realmente único y especial. Es el lugar perfecto para quienes buscan disfrutar de una maravillosa estancia, en una increíble Ciudad. Además, está equipado con todas las comodidades: aire acondicionado, calefacción y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, etc. El apartamento tiene una amplia habitación con ventanas que dan a un patio interior, una cama doble, además de TV de pantalla plana, calefacción y un bonito escritorio de pared. La sala de estar cuenta con sofá y TV de pantalla plana; zona de comedor, cocina integrada y equipada (con utensilios, microondas, minibar, cafetera y tostadora). El baño completo, con ducha al ras del suelo y artículos de aseo. El apartamento se encuentra en una planta baja, con entrada independiente. Desde el salón se accede al baño y a la amplia habitación. Las puertas ventanas del dormitorio dan a un pequeño patio interior (se comparte con otro apartamento) con un antiguo abrevadero de piedra originario del siglo XVIII, respetando los elementos arquitectónicos originales del siglo XVIII, como sus paredes de ladrillo visto y sus techos abovedados que se han mezclado con elementos modernos de alta calidad.
