We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Simonetta was a kind and attentive host. The house is in the historic center of Spello, accessible only on foot, but you can park about 200 meters away and reach the house with a pedestrian street. He also gave us a bottle of sparkling wine...it was New Year's Eve! Great heating and cleanliness

Property located in a quiet area outside the village. The surroundings and views of the hills are beautiful. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and furnished with great taste. The kitchen has everything you need (dishes, coffee/tea maker...). Beautiful garden and pool complete this beautiful location. The host was always very courteous, attentive and helpful. Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

The serene beach is framed by a tall palm tree, with soft sand leading toward the calm sea. Sun loungers are arranged under umbrellas, and people can be seen enjoying the gentle waves in the distance, creating a peaceful coastal ambiance.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!
