Our stay at Flavien’s Villa was superb. The view was breathtaking, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth, and we had a great time. The villa is conveniently located near all the main spots in Río San Juan. Each room offers privacy, great accommodations, and a private bathroom. We’ll definitely come back — highly recommended!

Una experiencia increible en Rio San Juan, la casa supero Nuestras expectativas, rodeada de naturaleza, con una paz total y a solo 7 minutos de la playa. La casa esta muy bien equipada, limpia y comodo. un lugar al queremos volver.

Las fotos no justifican lo hermoso que es el lugar, se aprecia cada detalle de las hermosas montañas, la casa tiene buen espacio y cuenta con lo necesario, más sin embargo deben mejorar bastante la limpieza ya que al permanecer mucho tiempo cerrado se concentrado un olor a humedad tanto en sábanas como fundas de almohadas y mis familiares estuvieron un poco disgustados al respecto. Fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente y tranquilo.

How do you recommend the LoL Villa with it’s beautiful pool and it’s beautiful modern interior. Also, the host that receives you is super sweet and super amazing. I had not one issue no one problem they make your life a lot easier by offering other services even to come by and clean take trash away or cook amazing.

My family and I felt right at home to the point that my wife and family members were cooking and cleaning everything they used just like a home.Loved it. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, es amplio y se ve muy bien.

Esta propiedad es ideal para compartir con grupos de familia y amigos. Totalmente en madera, muy bien equipada y puedes ir a 10 minutos en vehículo a Playa Caletón ó moverte a otros puntos de interés cercanos. volvería sin duda. Jeanette es excelente anfitriona.

Definitivamente las fotos no le hacen justicia a este lugar, la casa está muy bien decorada, equipada y limpia; el jardín es grandísimo y bello! 😍 las habitaciones y baños cómodos y limpios! La encargada, Nelsie, al igual que los anfitriones, siempre muy atentos a todo. No tengo queja alguna! Volvería sin pensarlo !

El lugar de Kenia es espectacular, muy amplio y cómodo, una hermosa vista, la cocina amplia y bien equipada, todo muy ordenado y limpio. Kenia fue todo el tiempo una excelente hostess, y Willy estuvo atento y ayudó en todo lo que hizo falta. A mi familia le encantó el lugar, sin duda volveremos

Stunning view and quiet for those who want to experience the beauty of the DR away from the resort life and off the beaten path. Rio San Juan was very close, with small convenience stores for necessities, a few small restaurants, and an authentic vibe. Beaches and lagoon nearby, and easy access to other towns, beaches, and natural areas in under 30 minutes of drive. Back to the view - absolutely breathtaking. The house was lovely, fresh and modern with cozy touches and art supplies, as well as games to play. Pool was perfect, and there were several areas outdoors to enjoy the weather and scenery. As beautiful as the nearby beaches were, we ended up spending half our time just relaxing "at home"! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful, with great suggestions and recommendations, as well as assistance when asked. Couldn't be better. It's a big world...but we hope to return to the Villa!

Me and my family loved your place! Nos gustó que tiene dos habitaciones afuera con mayor privacidad, cada habitación con su baño todos bien limpios. El area de afuera todo muy lindo y la piscina fue genial porque teníamos niños en el viaje y no es ni muy profunda pero tampoco muy bajita, just perfect. Usamos siempre la cocina de afuera que es bien cómoda. Los hosts siempre responden, son muy amables y fueron flexibles con nuestra hora de llegada. Ezequiel también es muy amable y servicial, siempre atento por si necesitábamos algo.

el apartamento súper lindo y acogedor facil de encontrar, en muy buena zona, el único detalle fue que el internet no sirvió después de primer día después de eso 10/10
