Our experience was amazing. The place is as shown in the photos. Hally was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and even recommended several places to eat/have dinner. The house is located in a very strategic area of the town, as most places (including beaches) are 5-7 minutes away. The farthest place we visited (Playa Grande) is only 12-15 minutes from the house. The people in the village are very friendly and willing to help. We would definitely come back. One suggestion might be to have a dryer in the bathroom, which is quite spacious. I understand that many people visit Rio San Juan for the amenities it offers, including its beaches and spas, and if the house had that equipment it would be easier for the guest to carry that clothing.

The house is good for families a lot of space and easy to get there. Is a private house in the middle of San Francisco with a beautiful pool and a nice bathroom. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you for having us there!!!!

Arlenne’s home was very beautiful and spacious! It was in a perfect location near beaches and local restaurants. A beautiful place to spend time as a family and in a peaceful environment. Beautiful facilities that invite you to rest and enjoy nature (including harmless insects). Very well located, close to the attractions of Rio San Juan. As a city dweller, I miss having security personnel nearby, although the place doesn't show signs of insecurity. There was a timely response to requests during the stay. Very good lodging option!

Beautiful and comfortable location close to everything. Amazing host who communicated efficiently and proactively. Grounds are immaculate and the pool and common area outside are great. Will definitely be starting again when in Cabrera.

The house is very beautiful and spacious and what I loved the most is that it is excellent for sharing with family especially because it has a beautiful patio and is very private, it would only take a central air in the living room and it would be the best of the best! The person who delivers the house to you is very good person and always attentive!

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!

Stayed one week here and the place is just like the photos. Very clean and without unnecessary clutter and decorations. The unit is located in the hills of the countryside so it is a calm place without much noise - very easy to sleep well here. I did not have any problems walking back and forth from the house to the highway. It was great to find that every window had mosquito screens so you can enjoy fresh air without letting the bugs in.
