The Araucaria Suite il Ginepro

The Il Ginepro Suite is located inside the L'Araucaria property and has a private entrance. It consists of a large bedroom/study with a desk at the entrance, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and luggage rack, and a single bedroom. The large living area integrates the kitchen and relaxation area with a large sofa, fireplace, 50-inch TV, full kitchen and table. The apartment is completed by a private bathroom with shower and a garden for exclusive use with sofas and a table for eating outside.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

VillaGrantorre is a sea-house whit garden in a cooperative apartement of other 2 houses, with 6 beds, 1 double room with bathroom, 1 double room with other bathroom, and double bed-sofà in the living room, situated 50 metres away from the beach. The veranda get enjoy breakfast and dinners in the open air. The living room has got colonial Spanish style fornitures and is equipped with air conditioned, gasoline heater, LCD tv sat, internet wifi and fireplace.

On Sardinia’s western coast, in the idyllic, former fishing village of San Giovanni di Sinis, Villa Timbora boasts a marvelous location and sea view just a few steps from the beach. The tranquil holiday villa consists of a country-style living/dining room with rustic wooden roof beams and a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (see bed distribution below) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
