Vacation rentals in Cabo Verde

Wir haben eine Woche bei Leandra verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, die Küche super ausgestattet. Wir haben es uns vor allem im kleinen Innenhof gemütlich gemacht, das war perfekt. Man wohnt sehr zentral, Minimarkets gegenüber und um die Ecke, Trinkwasser wird nebenan verkauft, einen guten Bäcker gibt es und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Kommunikation mit Leandra funktioniert reibungslos, ihre Mutter hat uns bei der Organisation der Rückfahrt unterstützt. Danke, Leandra, für die schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Es ist sauber, das Interieur ist traumhaft gestaltet und die umliegende Außenfläche liebevoll angelegt. Jeden Tag kommt eine Putzfrau, die auch anfallende Haushaltsaufgaben wie z.B. spülen übernimmt. Francesca ist eine wahre Erscheinung und legt sich für ihre Gäste richtig ins Zeug. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

I don’t know where to start because I was completely taken back by how beautiful and spacious the place was. I don’t mean just beautiful in a way as though I’m surprised by the location. I’m saying beautiful because I was just in love with seeing Tina‘s place which was so beautiful marble floors and the Airbnb I stayed in was very very nice and had plenty of space for a small family with multiple children. I had so much space that I didn’t know what to do with it all to be honest.. Ricardo and Tina are amazing! Tina even offered us dinner, which warmed my heart because, dinner wasn’t something that I didn’t expect at all. Everything was very modern and up-to-date. Tina familiarize me with all the places in the area, which was extremely helpful arranged taxi service for us. As far as the location goes, it is absolutely perfect for beach goers. I even extended my stay and show to not go to my next location. That’s how much I enjoyed it. I highly recommend to stay here! I will stay again

Natalia är en otroligt sympatisk människa, hade vi haft mer tid hade jag gärna spenderat lite tid med henne. Boendet var helt otroligt, höll riktigt hög standard. Grannarna var vänliga och kvarteret var lugnt, trots närheten till de större gatorna.

All the laudatory comments of previous visitors are true and there is not much to add. This unique valley has so much to offer, if you are interested in Landscape, Plants, Geology, Hiking, People… Some physical fitness is helpful. My tip: a two nights stay might not be enough to explore. Another plus: the food offered by Iolanda and Johannes (a trained cook!) is exceptional and shouldn’t be missed under any pretext. Iolanda and Johannes are both outstanding hosts. WiFi can be spotty but the cellphone reception is very good so you might want to think about using your phone as a local hotspot, if urgently needed. Highly recommended!

VERY NICE HOUSE!! FERDINAND was an amazing host - but does not live in Cabo Verde. Beautiful views from the house and terrace .. Very tastefully decorated ... BUT ... the Airbnb photo is misleading. there is NO beach in front of the house. Also no bottled water when arrive. the shower needs a LOT of improvement.

A casa da Ana é simplesmente espetacular. Mal se entra, sente-se a energia contagiante do Mindelo, a localização é incrível e a Ana foi sempre super prestável. Não acredito que haja melhor sítio para ficar no Mindelo!! :)

Die Unterkunft hat für uns bestens gepasst. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet und grosszügig dimensioniert. Einen Mietwagen zu haben war für uns aber von Vorteil. Wayne und sein Stellvertreter José sind umsichtige und engagierte Gastgeber.

Great host and even better stay. Joao was very attentive and his place with two huge balconies and 3 big bedrooms was great. My guests were hesitant to stay in Espargos because Santa Maria is where is supposedly hip but I highly recommend Joao’s apartment in the heart of Esparagos. The local restaurants Joao recommended were also a great addition to our trip. Will definitely stay longer when I return to Sal.

L’appartement est très bien situé. Il se trouve à proximité immédiate de tous les restaurants et commerces. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et à sa description. Il est fonctionnel et très propre. Les chambres sont climatisées et les lits sont très confortables. Nous recommanderions l’appartement à des proches et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

What a wonderful place Luciano has created! Beautiful spacious apartment with amazing views across the sea and bay, and easy walking along the beach to the village. And Palmeira - what a fabulous village (a true taste of the ‘real’ Cape Verde) really lovely people, and amazing fresh fish at the Rotterdam Restaurant. Luciano is a lovely host, gave local recommendations, sorted transfers from/to the airport (and even let me use his washing machine!) This was the third stay for our first trip to Cape Verde, and totally made it!! If you are looking for something different from the ‘All Inclusive’ and more touristy areas of Sal, then would absolutely recommend this place - it’s just gorgeous.

Great deal and great location from the beach. Access to restaurants, beach, shows and pools. Wifi from hotel was ok to work remotely for 2 weeks and work with Teams, flat’s wifi wasn’t better. Doors do not close properly within the flat but this is a minor issue. Kitchen well equipped. Overall a great deal!

The apartment is lovely and exactly as described. Vania booked our airport taxi for us and met us on arrival even carrying my case up the stairs for me. Location is really central with the town and beach only minutes walk away. The whole island was suffering from a water issue when we arrived and had been for several days earlier so the back up tank ran out of water also during our stay. Our hosts and Vania were great with Vania bringing us lots of 10 litre bottles of water up to the apt to keep us going. With no end in sight after a few days we decided to move to one of the big hotels with its own water supply. The hosts could not have been better about this. They immediately refunded us the reminder of our stay and discounted the days we stayed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Das kleine und preiswerte Appartement liegt direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist ruhig und man fühlt sich trotzdem nahe am Zentrum von Santa Maria. Die seitllliche Terrasse hat eine kleinen Tisch. Wir haben immer Frühstück vom nahen Bäcker geholt und entspannt den Tag gestartet. Rui ist vor Ort zuständig. Bei der Ankunft war das Bett zu weich für uns. Er hat ohne umschweife das Rost verstärkt und das Problem gelöst. Sehr flexibel! Wir Empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.
