Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cabo San Lucas

Excelente atención desde el minuto 1 por parte de Laura y David, no se diga el personal directo del departamento, todos amables, disponibles a cualquier requerimiento en todo momento. El lugar muy cerca de todo, centrico y accesible a todas las necesidades caminando, pero a la vez tranquilo al no tener vecinos al frente del Airbnb, la playa más cercana hermosa y tranquila a la que podías llegar caminando. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar y por supuesto regresar!!!

Beautiful house and views. Cristina was awesome and easy to get in touch with! Overall the house was fantastic, very clean, well equipped, beds were excellent! gorgeous views, lots of space pool, lounge areas, and grill patio upstairs was a great place to relax. Overall a beautiful rental! We had some lovely days here, We would go back tomorrow morning if we could. I really really recommend this place.

Stunning condo, exactly as pictured. A short walk to Medano Beach, and only a $4-5 USD Uber ride away from the marina. We arranged for a round trip airport pickup through Hugo with Carlos, which included a grocery store shopping trip! My cousin and I felt super luxurious having two large bedrooms and our own bathrooms to ourselves, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The condo route is SO much better than being at a big resort with a million people and screaming kids! We had the absolute best location of being on the 6th floor, and the jacuzzi was a game changer...we slept SO much better after taking a dip! We could hear the booming clubs until almost 3:00 a.m on some nights (it is spring break)., but I can't imagine how much worse it would be if we were any closer to town. All in all a great host, great location, and great trip! Thanks so much Victoria!

This place was an absolute gem. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, watching golfers go by, and our afternoons relaxing at one of the three beautiful pools. It’s easy to walk or grab an Uber into town, or simply stroll 100 yards to restaurants and shops along Resort Row. Grocery stores were close and convenient, and we enjoyed walking into San José del Cabo a few times to explore, grab drinks, and do a little shopping. It was exactly what we needed after a long Tahoe winter. Pedro was a fantastic host—he picked us up from the airport, gave us a warm welcome, and was available anytime we needed him. We’d absolutely stay again!

Great location. Would recommend having a car to get to the downtown area and to more swim friendly beaches. The condo was perfect for our family and was a great vacation spot!!!

We really found this ABnB fantastic. This was the first time for us selecting a ABnB and a good choice it was. The grounds around the property were well maintained , the walk to the clubhouse was short , the people and food at the club house were great. The water in the pool straight out was a bit cool but warmed up throughout the day. The place is very quiet , so we liked this. The house itself is well stocked with utensils you will need to cook inside and out. We rented a car this time, which was great so you don’t have to rely on shuttles and Taxis. The La Comer is close and has everything you need to stock the frig. Bennie was helpful as well. Overall a great time here. We will likely book again next year.

We had a great stay at the condo. The ground floor location was great so the kids didnt have to climb up many stairs, and it was nice and close to the big pool. Great communication with the host - very responsive. Would recommend!

This is a beautiful top floor condo with a magnificent view of the ocean, just as depicted in the photos. It’s a very comfortable two bedroom condo with really nice common areas and large deck. Jon and Audrey are really nice and helpful with any inquiries. The staff managing the Villa La Estancia is all about customer service . The beach is perfect for long walks. We really loved our 2 week stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pedregal, Los Cabos! The location was perfect—Pedregal is such a walkable, charming neighbourhood with restaurants and shops (and also walkable to the Marina). Uber was super convenient when we wanted to venture a bit further, rides were quick and easy (into town, and even up to San Jose) The suite itself was lovely, and the patio was a standout feature. We spent every morning out there with coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over Cabo. It's breathtaking. The pools are just minutes from the suite (and visible right from the unit), which made it super easy to pop down throughout the day. Our host was amazing, responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He arranged a driver for airport pickup and drop-off, and even helped us coordinate a grocery delivery so we arrived to a fully stocked fridge. Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a mix of relaxation, convenience, and gorgeous Cabo vibes.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el departamento. Todo estaba súper limpio, bonito y muy bien equipado, no nos hizo falta nada. Además, Diana fue muy atenta y amable, siempre al pendiente y flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente! ✨💫💕

This is a cute little hut with rustic touches and is very close to Costa Azul beach, exactly as described by Susana. I absolutely loved the little backyard during evening time, and the front porch during the day, from where you can see the ocean. Easy to Uber to and from the location as well. I felt it was a bit under-lit (both, the outside yard area as well as the hut itself) and the lock to the main entrance is jimmied into a very small feature on the door, making it hard to get in during night. Aside from that, this place is wonderful and cozy. Susana is a very understanding and accommodating host and allowed us to check out a few hours late too, since our flight had been delayed.

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Ventanas. There were 8 of us and plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The views were absolutely stunning and the pictures almost doesn't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings and watching the whales jumping every day. We would head out to dinner which would be about a 15-20 min Uber ride to downtown San Juan or about 35 mins to downtown Cabo. We would then Uber home to sit upstairs by the firepit and just look at the stars. The house was perfectly described and had all of the amenities we needed for the week. Grocery store was just across the highway which was very convenient. Kelly was very responsive and Carlos was amazing. He was our main point of contact and was always responsive and very helpful. He even greeted us with fresh guacamole, chips, flowers and a bottle of tequila. Other than some occasional highway noise in the distance, this place was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!!

My sister and I came here for Spring Break and it was an amazing stay! The apartment was the perfect size for us, and had all of the amenities we needed. The personal concierge was SO helpful with our stay, very easy to communicate with, responded quickly and was always friendly! He also had recommendations for us and organized a reservation at a local beach club. We are super happy with our stay, and will definitely be returning soon! Thank you so much!

Tana's place is a cute condo perfectly located in the marina area. Close to shops and restaurants. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. I'll definitely be looking to rent this again in the future.

Brenda was very responsive and her house keeper Mathilde was super helpful and walked us through the home upon check in.

Alex’s apartment was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, well-located, and Alex was always very responsive and easy to get ahold of with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this stay as it is very well-priced and private while still being very close to all that Cabo Dan Lucas has to offer. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the main Marina area and beach bars. The room itself had a good amount of space, nice showers, comfy beds, and a kitchen with all necessary utensils and dishes.

We were specifically looking for a place close to the marina with fun places to go. This property is in a fantastic area. Close to live music, wonderful dining options, shopping and great people watching. Its in a loud city setting. Great choice for city living while traveling.

place was great, upstairs communicated well. the only thing I would suggest is a golf cart to get around within the community.

We had a WONDERFUL stay with our family of 9! This villa was absolutely perfect!! Spacious with lots of comfy beds and plenty of space for all of us to hang out together. We enjoyed watching whales from the balcony every morning over coffee and had a great time swimming/shooting hoops in the pool during the day. The location is also perfect as it was a very quick ride into town and there were many restaurants close by. Rodney was very quick to respond and never failed us with his recommendations, including the private beach located right in the gated community. Our family will treasure the memories we made here forever! Would definitely stay here again.

Rickie and Charlie’s condo at Las Olas was the perfect place for our family of three to stay. We appreciated the comfortable beds, perfect living room couches to relax on and watch the waves, and the well-appointed kitchen. Such a lovely, easy stay. We loved that it was so near San Jose Del Cabo, and we enjoyed time in the gallery district there. We recommend nearby Señora Cocina and cantina (in the shops at Palmilla) for a delicious dinner or lunch. We also enjoyed exploring Palmilla beach (free public parking and showers/bathrooms there, and a calmer beach to swim from). The road noise was no problem with the sound machine in the closet (thank you!). More than anything, we enjoyed coming home after our scuba classes and relaxing on the patio or down on the beach. And sunrises with coffee were the best. We hope to be back!
