Condo vacation rentals in Cabo San Lucas

10/10 experience at this rental. Extremely impressed with the communication from the host and the quality of the entire experience from start to finish. We had booked a hotel close by and had one of the worst experiences at the hotel. I reached out last minute to this Airbnb and was able to check in same day late at night. Truly saved our entire trip and could not be more thankful. Unit is exactly as advertised and located in a perfect area. Would book this over and over again on future trips to Cabo.

Good service and in general everything was good! ONLY WHEN I HANDED OVER THE PROPERTY DID I RECEIVE A LOT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SOMETHING I DON'T RECOGNIZE, that controls, towels and pillows were needed, that part seemed abusive to me!

I couldn’t have picked a better location and will be back. This place was exactly as described. The hidden gem was the grocery store in walking distance. I love Cabo and plan to reserve this space every time I return!

I had a great stay at this condo. The place was comfortable, and the design and furniture made it feel like a cozy. Great view of the ocean. Ceci was easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

Great location close to medano beach, and the main marina. Unit had everything needed to enjoy my stay. Hosts were very responsive. Only thing to keep in mind is if you do rent a car, only street parking is available and it is a very busy street so parking is only available late at night or really early in the morning.

My husband, 2 teens and I had absolutely loved the condo! Very spacious, incredible view and very comfy beds. Super clean too! The service from check-in to grounds keepers to the servers at the pool was top-notch~ everyone was beyond nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

What a great stay in Paul's place this week. The place was well-equiped with anything one might need when in your own home. Supplies were plentiful and there was even beach items to enjoy a peaceful beach day. Location! Location! Location! Everything is within walking distance, from Walmart, Chedraui, and Medano Beach. The resort grounds are also beautiful, especially at night when the lights turn on. The pool stays open late, so the kids always enjoyed ending the day in the lit up pool and hot tub. Paul's even had floaties in the airbnb. The beds are comfy and the TV is great!! We will absolutely be staying here the next time Cabo calls our name.

Casa Avo is a fabulous place to stay in the center of San Jose del Cabo. The condo is beautifully appointed with great views and so accessible to everything. Even though it's in the old part of town, it's an easy drive out of town if you want to explore. The terrace with the infinity pool is the icing on the cake. We wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else in our week's visit to the area!

Our concierge Alfredo was very responsive and helped set up our transportation to and from the airport and even made restaurant recommendations snd reservations. Condo looks like the photos, would stay again.

The place is exactly as pictured and is in a very safe and private area. The uber rides from the airBNB to popular places were short and cheap. The airBNB was very clean and comfortable! The comfortable bed almost made me miss my reservations because I didn’t want to get up. The host was very friendly and informative on day 1. He gave clear instructions and directions and greeted us promptly. I recommend booking the airport transportation with the host as well. The drivers were always on time. Lastly, the hot tub was the icing on top, so relaxing and clean. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Cabo.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo right on the beach with an ocean view. The grounds are beautiful and the security is great. We had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The condo was very clean and having filtered water was a big plus. Everything was very walkable and Uber was great if you don't feel like walking. we definitely would stay here again, a true paradise.

Beautiful spot in San Lucas, would recommend to anyone! Felt right at home when we got there and as well felt very safe. Hot tub is an added bonus!

If you want to be right on the marina this is your spot. The lobby is pretty much connected to the marina walking area. You exit right next to shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfy . The place was clean . The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall great location. If you get there early the front desk can hold your bags while you explore Cabo .

The place was really nice and clean and had a nice ocean view. The pool was also very nice to swim in. The area is close to downtown Cabo making it easy to commute. We loved staying here and hope to return again! Great responsive hosts!

The apartment is everything you need when you go to Los Cabos. It has an excellent location. There are shopping malls nearby, there is a beach two blocks away, the place is very quiet and safe. Deborah was always attentive to us, responds to messages in a very short time and the directions are very precise. I highly recommend the place.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

Gabriela is a super host. He was aware of our arrival and location. He gave us recommendations for places to eat, get to know and do sightseeing. His apartment is in very good condition and the description is as it appears in the photos.

Highly recommend this location. I have stayed at their other listing which was amazing as well. It looked exactly like the photos and the team was super helpful if we needed anything. Easy access to the unit as well as it included a parking space for our rental car. I would definitely continue renting this property on my next visit. What you get for the price is great!!

Everything seemed accessible, nice and comfortable, the only situation we did not like was that we had to wait until very late to access the apartment.

Being an apartment complex, it is quiet. The pool is fine, it just requires a little more attention since there are many plants and leaves and flowers fall into the water

This place was a perfect apartment for the seven of us. Plenty of room and very spacious lots of beds. The couches also fold flat to decent size beds. There’s a washer in the apartment and a clothes line for drying on the deck. The water pressure was nice and had hot water. We were greeted by the hosts with the key and a how to use the AC. The pool area is very nice and fun with a great grill and lots of tanning chairs. Even a nice speaker to listen to music. The hosts were so kind and helpful with every question we had and gave great recommendations for activities and places to visit. We all feel like we would stay again it was very much the cherry on top of our vacation.
