On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Outside, our villa has: A summer kitchen with a gas BBQ, a 4 m x 9 m swimming pool with terrace, jacuzzi, hammocks, petanque court, a large space in restanque without overlooking.

A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
