Great location and beautiful villas. Villa 3 was most beautiful and perfect for my group of family members. The chefs were amazing and extremely nice and easy to work with. Only thing that sucked was first night power went out and no rooms has AC for a handful of hours so we didn’t get to rest much but other then that is 100% come here again!

To say this home is beautiful is a huge understatement and the view is even better than the house!!! Martina and Apolinar are very responsive and their local contacts and recommendations are SO helpful! We especially loved Chef Daniel and Carmen who will come to the house and prepare meals! Modesto was amazing for transportation, as well. We had an amazing vacation and could not ask for more from this property or these host.

Bel emplacement. Près de la plage, d’une épicerie, d’une boulangerie et des restaurants. Quelques chiens qui jappent mais ça c’est partout à Cabarete. Bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa.

the best ever nice 3 bedrooms with a pool ,Jack was on point with everything ,he was available to take my call at any time ,my next visit to sosua and the surrounding areas will most definitely be in the residencial Hispaniola

Modernes, stilvolles, funktionales Haus, kein Schnickschnack- so mögen wir das. Der Pool ist großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die erhaltenen Restaurant-Tipps waren super, auch der Ausflug zur Christusfigur und nach Puerto Plata waren stressfrei umsetzbar (allerdings mit dem eigenen Auto). Empfehlen können wir auf dieser Tour auch die Schokoladenfabrik (freier Eintritt) und die Rumfabrik mit Verkostung 🤪🤭 (8 Dollar Eintritt pP). Und ihr kommt an einer Gedenkstätte für Falco vorbei. Die Gastgeberin ist souverän und entspannt. Vielen Dank!

This place was great. The service was amazing; Rafelina and her staff were kind and helpful. They were there to answer all our questions and help us if we needed anything. My family and I were very pleased with the location and service provided. It was a big group of us so it was nice that we could play music and decorate for a party. I would certainly recommend this place to any friends and family who would like to enjoy a nice getaway or if they want to celebrate a Birthday. The Villa was amazing and looked so beautiful. Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

My family loved this house and had an excellent time staying here. The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the spacious and cozy living areas to the well appointed bedrooms. The outdoor spaces, garden, stunning views, and the pool provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The home’s location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful beaches and natural wonders in the area. Sue and Steve, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I can’t recommend this vacation home enough.

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

this is an excellent studio apartment and I highly recommend it. five stars. who is well appointed, clean and centrally located. All amenities were in walking. distance: shopping, restaurants, transportation the beach. everything is right there at your fingertips while living in a traditional Dominican neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this.

The villa is pleasant to live in. It offers tranquility, security and an impeccable private living environment. The manager (NAIROBI) is very professional and always ready to provide answers in case of difficulties.
