This is our well appointed private home with 4 bedrooms/4 bath that is right on the beach with the BEST location in Cabarete. Maid and gardener makes your stay fit for a King. Only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and town but peacefully quiet Comfort. We have recently added a HIGH QUALITY WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM so no worries about bottled water, showers, brushing your teeth and it’s so easy and great for kids and cooking! All our guests say that pictures of Villa 25 don’t do it justice!!

My place is close to restaurants and dining a 10 minute walk into town, the beach a 2 minute walk with in our gated community. We are in the only 20 home 24 hour guarded and gated community on the beach side with in walking distance into the town of Cabarete. We have off street parking if you choose to rent a car but that really isn't necessary. We have a large staff to accommodate your every need with daily maid service except for Sunday. Rates include DR 18% sales tax.

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool surrounded by a stone patio. Comfortable seating is arranged nearby, with tall palm trees creating a lush backdrop. Large windows line the house, allowing natural light to flow into the spacious interior.
