Vacation rentals with beach access in Cabangan

For its price, we had a great time at Ugalde’s Coastal Cabins as almost all the usual Airbnb amenities are there. I want to highlight that they have complete kitchenware, dinnerware, and towels, which some Airbnbs unfortunately lack despite their higher prices! We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee and chocolates. Our group of friends were the only ones at the place, and we had a really peaceful stay. The parking area is also spacious. We will definitely go back because the place is peaceful, providing the rest you need after a tiring day at the beach, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from the shore. Kudos to Mommy Lydia, the owner, and Jennifer, the host — they were very responsive and replied immediately.

We enjoyed our stay while we are in the place. it is very clean and comfortable. we felt that it is our own home. truly recommended!

Very recommended ko tong place na to! Lalo na kung gusto nyo relaxing. Malayo sa kaliwa’t kanan na videoke. 5mins walk lang from dagat. Mababait yung staff and they will find ways kung may kulang kang gamit. Pinahiram kami ng cooler since madami kaming yelo na need. Malamig yung aircon from kwarto to sala. Pinaka gusto ko ay complete yung kitchenware. From plates to kasirola! Ang smooth lang ng transaction and responsive si onwer.

the stay was good, though we think the aircon needs maintenance . During lunch until afternoon, when you take a rest in the upper deck, you can feel the heat even there's an electric fan on standby. But over all, the place was clean and nice.

Kuya is very helpful, he sent instructions to the place that was easy to follow. Place is near sari sari-store and coffee shop. Walkable to the beach. There was some brown out but the place had a generator. Signal is weak but there is available wifi.

The place was exactly like the photos. It was very clean, 2mins walk to the beach, the sand was so fine you can walk berefooted there! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. The pool was huge and clean🥰. Ms Eleazar, her mom and the caretakers were very friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to my messages and they are so kind! Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet and peaceful place to go to. away from the City, with beautiful scenery and friendly people. We'd love to come back again if given the chance❤️🤗🥰 THANK YOU Ms. Eleazar for hosting us! We had a blast vacationing there. You made my mom happy too. She finally got to go to the beach again @80 yrs old.

If you're looking for a memorable group getaway in Pundaquit, this is the place! The outdoor space with the barbecue setup was fantastic for evenings with family and friends, all under the shade of a wonderful mango tree. Being able to walk to the beach in minutes was incredibly convenient. With three rooms and a shared kitchen/dining area, it's perfectly set up for comfortable reunions and big gatherings. We made some great memories here!

Rose is highly responsive. As a first-time user of the app, I initially made some mistakes, but the host guided me through the booking process with clear instructions. The place lived up to our expectations, providing everything we needed in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a nearby store where essentials like ice and charcoal are readily available. The caretakers are easy to reach and accommodating with requests. The beach itself is serene—uncrowded, clean, and truly peaceful.

Our stay was excellent, Shayne was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Checking out fat belly deli is also a must!

We had a wonderful family stay at La Residencia Nanale! From booking to payment, check-in to check-out — everything was seamless and stress-free. A big thank you to Ms. Patricia for a smooth and spotless transaction, and to Manang Liza for her warm assistance and for making us feel right at home. The welcome drinks and food were a thoughtful touch — just what we needed after a long, hot drive. La Residencia Nanale truly is a hidden gem and a one-stop shop for comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again!

Chris has been patient with all my queries before booking the place. Staffs were very helpful and responsive to our requests. Place is beautiful! (although the pool is quite small compared to how I expected it to be.) Thanks for accommodating us.

Although the place is a bit far from Liw Liwa beach, overall we had a great stay! Melissa was very responsive to my queries and gave clear directions on how to get there—she even went above and beyond with their service. Rhan, the caretaker, was also very helpful and even built us a sunshade at the beach since we had a kid with us. Definitely planning to stay here again!

My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

Great experience. The unit is very nice, calm, and cosy as described and on the pics. It is well located with many restaurants around. No issue with car parking. Definitely i recommend the place. Rossana is very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment was spotless, the bed was incredibly huge. I feel right at home and enjoyed every part of it. I love the kitchen and the utensils. Location wise, the room is in the heart of SBMA. Close to mall, transpos, resto and baywalk. Will definitely book again.. 💚
