Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Très bel endroit. Impeccable et très agréable. Dommage que l on ait pas su activer le jacuzzi ☹️ Giulia est très réactive et disponible. Le logement est super bien situé.

Siamo tre coppie di adulti, ognuna con tre figli sotto l'anno. La struttura ampia, ordinata e pulita ci ha permesso di passare una settimana nel totale relax e benessere. Siamo stati accolti dal custode Niku, che si è mostrato disponibile, offrendoci anche verdure del suo orto. La villa è composta sul piano terra: di un ampio soggiorno ben arredato con camino, una sala da pranzo con un tavolo lungo in legno, un bagno di servizio e una cucina molto grande e attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Il piano superiore prevede due ampie camere da letto, ben isolate le une dalle altre con bagni privati. Nel giardino si trova una dependance, adibita a camera con bagno. All'esterno un gazebo con tavolo dove far colazione, pranzare e stare in compagnia guardando il panorama. Piscina lunga e confortevole. Attrezzata di lettini e ombrellone. In conclusione, abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine, curato e pulito. Villa in cima a una collina tra le vigne. Nonostante il caldo, il clima era ventilato e fresco.

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

Tutto super! L'appartamento è molto grazioso, situato in una zona davvero tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Dispone di tutti i comfort del caso e una super terrazza. Noi abbiamo fatto solo 2 notti ma se ci si ferma di più, a mio avviso è carino pranzare o cenare in appartamento, se si ha voglia di totale relax! Giova della vicinanza di un campo da Golf che, avendo una Club House, torna comodo per fare delle buone colazioni doci o salate. C'era la possibilità anche di cenare (ma non so se lo fanno tutte le sere). Giselle ci ha aiutate a trovare l'appartamento perchè ci siamo un attimo "perse".. essendo un complesso residenziale di tanti appartamenti e senza un'inidcazione del nostro B&B , abbimao dovuto disturbarla alle 23:00 .. Ci ha risposto all'istante! Consiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento.

Eravamo alla ricerca di un posto dove riposare durante il nostro soggiorno di lavoro nella preparazione di uno stand a Euroflora 2025. Semplicemente perfetto. Lorenzo è stato molto disponibile in tutto e per tutto. Rispetto alle nostre esigenze non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Non avevo con me il mio amato amico a 4 zampe ma ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità a ricevere gli animali ed anche tutta una serie di piccole attenzioni preparate per loro: ciotole, tappetini e tutto ciò che serve a fare sentire loro a casa. Voto 5 stelle e un cuore!

Riccardo — очень отзывчивый хозяин! Хочется отметить уютную атмосферу в квартире: здесь всё продумано для комфорта и есть всё необходимое для проживания. Что касается кухни все полностью оснащено для приятной приготовления еды в домашней обстановки. В квартире чисто и аккуратно, все как на фото. Квартира удобно расположено вблизи всех домтопримечательностей, недалеко от аквариума, прекрасный район для прогулок, с прекрасной атмосферой возле моря, где припаркованы яхты, что создавала особую уютность, там же расположены уличная еды в стиле, как на рынке и рестораны. Особая благодарность хозяину Карлу, очень внимательный всегда был на связи, подсказывал полезную информацию и был очень любезен. Даже после выезда, спустя время обращались за помощью, любезно помог разобраться с маршрутом. Невероятно отзывчивый хозяин и очень хороший человек. Спасибо
