Monthly Rentals in Sevilla

Very clean and well-equipped apartment. Great location in a lively area with all the amenities possible and not very far from the historic center, we visited everything on foot. Good quality bed linen and towels. To be specified, it is a studio with a separation (shelf) for the bedroom side. José Manuel gave us very useful instructions for our stay and very responsive to each of our exchanges (welcome booklets sent by email a few days before checkout super well done and very convenient a real plus) I would highly recommend.

Very easy key system and the location is very central, everything is easily accessible and walkable by foot. Valentina is easily reachable and responds very fast to our questions. Can recommend!

All perfect!!! We loved it

This is a real gem in a great area of Seville. The apartment is well thought-out with high quality furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace gets plenty of sunlight and is not overlooked - really beautiful on a sunny day. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes on foot, from trendy specialty coffee spots to traditional bars and tabernas. Maria was always responsive and extremely kind and generous with us. We hope to return soon!
