Our new favorite Mid City stay! Welcoming and inviting, beautiful architecture, mindful NOLA decor that is a mixture of modern/vintage/antiques, spacious and comfortable! Fun coffee shop just steps away on the corner. Safe neighborhood and relaxing to sit on the front porch chatting with neighbors who are also welcoming. We have stayed with Breanna and Nick a couple of times at other homes and they are the absolute best!!! Pretty sure we will only stay at one of their properties when we pop into town to visit our daughter - I feel like we are friends now :) Another great experience!

This Airbnb was great with such character. We loved everything about our stay. We found it very comfortable and it was well stocked with all we needed. Coffee and filters were provided as well as laundry soap if needing to do a load of laundry. We would stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. Kimberly’s place was perfect for us. Every time I walked in the door I felt peaceful. Perfect amount of decorating, understated furniture with New Orleans flair. The home is immaculate!! Not a speck of dust anywhere. The floors are original and wonderful to walk on. The high ceilings and chandeliers made the rooms feel special and even more spacious. Perfect blend of original, restored and updated. Super comfortable beds. Real plants in every room!—all the right touches to make me feel at home. Highly recommend!!

Such a charming house that carries the unique character of New Orleans. Location is excellent for those wanting to take advantage of the Frenchman St music scene and amazing bakery Ayu is right around the corner. Wish we could have stayed longer! And loved the special touch of having music playing on the radio when we walked in the door. Felt right at home.

We had a great stay here for the jazz festival. Within walking distance of the fairgrounds and great little coffee shops near by. Location was great for our stay. The air bnb itself looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Water pressure wasn’t the best but doable for all the other great features. Truly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and spacious home. It was super easy to get into and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and using the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and neighbors were friendly. Would 100% return!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, and the pool was a highlight of our trip. It’s not very big, but it was the perfect place to hangout on a hot New Orleans day.

By far one of the best stays. Not only is the host communicative and friendly but Ben’s home is uniquely decorated and comfortable. It fits perfectly with the NOLA culture and was also extremely close to the French quarter and close enough to the airport. The shower was great and I enjoyed spending time in the backyard. My family felt right at home. I definitely recommend booking!

Cannot recommend this home enough for your New Orleans stay! The house is beautiful and spacious enough to fit 10 comfortably. Zach, the concierge, was incredibly communicative and friendly. Also, very walkable to great restaurants!

A group of my friends and I stay at Var’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the back deck was very comfortable. We were a quick 10 minute uber ride to the French Quarter which was very practical. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Airbnb in Nola!

Derin & Heather are absolutely incredible hosts and the space is fantastic! Phenomenal location in a great neighborhood with convenient access to local restaurants/bars and ferry to the French Quarter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Cant’s say enough positive things about the property, hosts & location. Staying here was like a therapeutic retreat.

One of the highlights of our trip to New Orleans was selecting Angela’s house. It was a joy to stay in a neighborhood that gave me the feeling that I lived in New Orleans. It was the small treats of sitting on the front porch, watching locals walking their dogs and riding their bikes plus exchanging greetings with all that passed by. If you didn’t want to stray far from “home” there were a multitude of excellent restaurants in very close proximity. Above all, was Angela’s house. It was comfortable, furnished tastefully, fully equipped kitchen and quiet. Add to that winning combo was Angela. The perfect host, attentive to helping with anything you needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

A lovely weekend away in this beautiful home! So full of character and very comfortable with everything we could have needed. Great location and walkable into the French Quarter along the river if you’d like a stroll. Couldn’t have asked for a better base for our first time in NOLA.

Loved this place in New Orleans Bywater district. Short walk to crescent park, nice neighborhood with cafes and clairvoyants. Fun outdoor garden with plenty of seating. The house itself is full of character with eclectic furniture and decorations. Hosts were friendly and welcoming.

I love the Bywater area, and it was so easy to walk to all the quickly local spots. Also, Ubers were cheap if you wanted to venture farther since the place is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

Helen's place was clean, homey, with free snacks and coffee. With 2 TVs, laundry, and a well-equipped bathroom, the place was a lovely stay. The decor was very nice as well.

Were there for a 50th SURPRISE birthday! This place was perfect and the location was a new adventure for us. So many awesome places and vibes to experience. ❤️ thx Lisa!
