La petite maisonette de Ivan est très agréable, l'espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses plantes est appréciable. C'est bien situé, proche de la plage avec des commmerces (excellent magasin de fruits et légumes) et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche et possibilité de se garer sur place.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast bei Daniel in Burgas. Die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss war angenehm kühl und hatte einen tollen Innenhof! Wir durften sogar Trauben für uns pflücken. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen im Randgebiet der Stadt- eine Auto ist also vonnöten, um gut die Umgebung zu erkunden. Liebe Grüße, Christoph und Janet

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! Wir waren zu 10. in dem Haus und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen grillen und essen. Der Host hat immer super schnell geantwortet und war extrem freundlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch alle super. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool war auch toll. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war ein super Urlaub!

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Жилье соответствует описанию. Легко попасть в апартаменты. В апартаментах было все необходимое, чисто и комфортно. На территории два бассейна. Очень красиво и можно приятно отдохнуть. Спасибо, мы еще вернемся

Это одно из лучших мест где мы были! Невероятно красивый вид из окна, светлые большие и красивые комнаты, в доме есть абсолютно все для комфортного отдыха(и даже больше чем всё), очень тихая и спокойная территория, в бассейне не бывает больше 3-4 человек, доброжелательные приятные соседи. Очень понравилось купаться в море с таким прекрасным видом. Я чувствовала себя как дома, иногда казалось что мы тут уже давно живем) Очень хотелось бы сюда снова вернуться, это был замечательный отдых, благодарю Маргариту за отзывчивость и за уют созданный в этом доме!

Great spacious place with flexible check-in time (only a a couple places in the area had this option). I didn't have any special requests apart from a later check-out time and the host (Daria) was responsive.

lovely stay, the apt complex is beautiful with 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds available. The apt itself is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach only a few minutes walk. would defo recommend.

Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch wurde eine Babybett gebracht. Viktor war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er hat immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und ein kleiner Strand. Rundum mit allem zufrieden. Gerne wieder !

Katerina en haar man waren ontzettend behulpzaam. Onze telefoon was gestolen en Katerina en haar man hebben alles uit de kast getrokken om de telefoon weer terug te vinden. ( Dit is ook gelukt ). Los van dit, zijn het ontzettend aardige mensen die graag willen helpen. Je kunt ze alles vragen en ze zullen altijd antwoord geven. Het was echt een perfecte ervaring!

Чудесен комплекс за настаняване на границата между Несебър и Равда! Красиво място и малък апартамент, предлагащ нужните удобства, за да се почувстваш като у дома си! Атмосферата, създадена от Катерина - официалната домакиня на този апартамент, е нещо, което няма как да не направи впечатление. Цветно, уютно, със стени, изпъстрени със снимки и картини... Сякаш влизаш и някой започва да ти разказва история! Беше една много хубава едноседмична почивка за тричленното ни семейство! Радвам се, че избрахме правилното място!

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

Thank you to Dima! He is very friendly and helpful person. The flat was safe, clean and well equipped. It was lovely stay and I hope we will be back there again soon!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area.
