The cottage is in a tucked away spot, yet only 2 minutes walk to the centre of this small, friendly town - 2 pubs, a convenience store, café/Deli, Indian restaurant, bakers, post office and more! perfectly positioned for exploring Dartmoor, Exmoor and the beautiful beaches or enjoying the many local walks. At night, the stars are amazing! The walled, south facing garden is a haven for wildlife.

Swallow Barn has views from the lounge across the lawn and a private patio to the side overlooking the duckpond along with BBQ and outside furniture. Shared use of heated indoor pool and games room.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks.
