The apartment has parking space no. 468 at the entrance to the house. Storage space for your own bikes is available. There is no cleaning fee (we are the cleaning crew :-) Please leave the apartment swept clean; towels + bed linen on the floor. The guest card costs €4 per person/day

The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

In the modern furnished attic apartment, with its south-facing terrace, you can spend the most beautiful time of the year. The living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area, the new kitchen with dishwasher as well as the bedroom with walk-in closet, TV, box spring and crib will please you just as much as the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal for all of you. The big bathroom has enough space for all your shampoos and perfums. ;-). The living room is in a nice sunny color, which will light up every day, even if it is raining. The sleeping room has a big cupboard, where all your clothes even for a longer stay will fit into. The balcony is really calm and not windy. You can spend some nice hours there, drinking wine and relax the evening.

Our small bright apartment consists of a living/sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. In the well-equipped kitchen there is, among other things, a microwave with circulating air to bake rolls, for example, a Senseo and a normal coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. Two mobile hotplates also make it possible to cook small things. Coffee and cappuccino are ready for you. The apartment has a parking space and access to Netflix, Disney and RTL+.

The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by.
