The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. My place is close to Stade, Cuxhaven and the North Sea. You can enjoy great views, dikes and the Elbe. Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

This cottage in Büsum was finished at the beginning of 2023. On 106m² there are 4 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna and a toilet. Outside, a terrace with storage shed and upstairs is a loggia. A spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace is the centerpiece of the house. There are also storage facilities for bicycles. Even dogs are welcome here.

Well-kept apartment in Tellingstedt, near Heide

The well-kept, cozy attic apartment with private shower room and toilet is located in Tellingstedt. The apartment has a parking space. A kitchen is not available, but there is a small niche in the hallway where you can prepare a coffee or tea, and there is also a small fridge and a microwave.
