Just a great, modern apartment, super quiet location, nice balcony, Walking distance to the city is easily doable, nice and uncomplicated landlords We would recommend this place and will be happy to come back…

We were allowed to spend 13 days in the very well furnished, clean, cozy apartment! We felt comfortable from the first moment, for us there was nothing missing! 🙂 We would also recommend this apartment to our best friends; Oliver, or other contact persons, were easily and quickly accessible! Unfortunately, construction work from the 2nd day always had to go around the whole building to get to the parking space.

This vacation/take out was absolutely valuable! We enjoyed our mother/daughter time so much! We know Duhnen/Döse/Cuxhaven and this offer is and remains unbeatable. An absolutely recommended apartment in SPO! The apartment is well equipped and offers all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location is great – quiet, about 15 minutes' walk to the dike. The host is very friendly, responds quickly and gives valuable tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place was clean and tidy. The photos correspond to reality and you have a very well-maintained outdoor area with a small playground for children. The surroundings are very idyllic and you can easily walk to the dyke or the adventure playground. Communication with the host was very pleasant. We were there as a family with 2 small children and grandma u grandpa and also recommend the place to other families.

Communication with hosts very friendly and relaxed, were able to get into the house earlier, which we also used. Beds were great, there were plenty of towels...We almost only stayed outside despite not so great weather. We would love to book again.

It was a good stay, and the Wilfrieds was and amazing host. Thank you for having us.

We (2 adults, 2 children) spent 10 days in Finn's house. The house is absolutely quiet and the perfect base for beach and day trips. So a car is a must! There was no lack of amenities and there are enough toys even for small and large children. The garden is huge and there are also various activities here if you spend a day at the house. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed our North Sea vacation very much.

We had a really nice time in the apartment. It is ideal especially for families with children. The property is completely fenced, which gave us as parents a good feeling, and there are great play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The location is pleasantly quiet and secluded – perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. If you are looking for hustle and bustle or shops right outside the door, you are in the wrong place, but in about 10 minutes by car you can reach everything important: supermarkets, a snack bar and other places to go. It was exactly what we needed for us. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time! ☺️

Great place! We felt really comfortable! A plus was definitely the many bathrooms and the great amenities for children. We haven't experienced that yet! The location is nice and quiet and great for slowing down. However, you are dependent on a car (or maybe e-bike) to get to shopping, etc. It didn't bother us. We would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and spacious and we would happily stay there again.

This was already our third stay at the Elbe Boardinghouse, it is just beautiful and we felt very comfortable again!

We felt very comfortable there. The apartment was clean, all utensils were available. Kitchen, for example, fully equipped. Questions were answered quickly and very nicely. A playground is in the immediate vicinity. We all had space and it's very child-friendly. From the apartment, you can easily reach Stade or Cuxhaven. We always found a parking space in front of the house. Glad to come back!
