What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little apartment. It was cozy, well-equipped, and had a lovely balcony with a view over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings. The location was perfect — close to everything, with easy access to the metro, bikes, and more. Our host Nadia was incredibly sweet and responsive, making sure everything was in order both before and during our stay. We felt truly taken care of and would happily come back!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

Our stay at Achmit's was great! Check-in was super easy thanks to his clear instructions. The apartment was sparkling clean, lovingly furnished and very practically equipped. Achmit was always concerned about our well-being and supported us with questions about transport links to the city center. You feel completely well looked after with him – absolutely recommended!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Apartment in a very good location, very clean. Valerie was accommodating for our arrival and departure. Good welcome. Easy access to central Paris by metro 4 and bus 68. Shops at the bottom of the building. A suggestion (for those with little gifted like me): leave a manual for using the microwave.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

A brilliant stay for a trip to disney and also a day ticket to the center parcs aqua mundo swimming centre just 10 mins uber away. The flat is spacious for 4 - my 4 and 7 year old loved the bunk beds! Very dark and quiet at night meant a good night's sleep for all. Proximity to the val d'europe centre was very useful for shopping and eating out. Bus stops for disney right outside but we just got ubers which was very convenient also. Lovely bakery downstairs was perfect to get fresh bread and pastries every morning. Building was very secure and clean. Would recommend for a trip to disney. Bchira was super accommodating with check in and out times and arrangements. Very good experience.

Gio is a fantastic host. Welcomed us in and shared thoughts about what to do and where to go. He checked on us many times to make sure that the place was okay. Apartment is near so much to do and see in Paris. We would stay here again.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. The garden with its fruit trees in bloom, filled with songs of charcoal t**s was widely appreciated. Thanks to Hamza!

We rented this Airbnb to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and it was just perfect! The house is spacious, super well-equipped and very clean. We loved the large friendly living room, the outdoor pergola ideal for relaxing, and the many activities on site: billiards, foosball, table tennis… everyone had a great time! It was really the perfect place to have a great time with friends. Thanks again to the hosts for their hospitality, we recommend it 100%!
