Lovely and spacious self-contained two bedroom annexe to our family home in a tranquil, rural setting. Radcot Farm House is situated at the end of a long drive, surrounded by open countryside, arable farmland and uninterruped views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The annexe has its own entrance, enclosed private garden and ample parking for two cars outside. The WiFi at the property is slow due to the remoteness however phone signals are good in the area.

Beautiful large and bright self contained studio with (its own entrance) with king size bed, fully equipped shower room, kitchenette (fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster), TV, internet, table and dining chairs and sofa. There are a number of delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk). PLEASE NOTE; first floor, must be able to climb a flight of steps to access.

No visitors other than the guests who have booked in. Non smoking site.

An amazingly comfortable getaway for those wanting to visit the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, or to just chill for the weekend and hopefully longer. Please be aware, we do not provide milk or any other breakfast provisions, only tea coffee and sugar. We do not provide shower gel, only bottled hand soap.
