Private entrance on the first floor with single flight of stairs, living area with kitchen, sleeping area with double bed 160x190, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.
