Great location. Very clean and spacious place with all the amenities needed for a few days in Busan.

I stayed here for a few nights and it was really a nice experience. The studio is clean, tidy and has everything you need. The sea view is beautiful and you are less than a 5-minute walk from Haeundae beach, really ideal. What was also nice was that it was nice and quiet in the room. No disturbing noises, so I was able to sleep well. The air conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and everything is easy to reach. The host was friendly and gave clear check-in instructions. In short, a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend it!

It was only difficult to find Building A and Building B at first, and the bus stop was close, and there were many other hotels nearby, so I think the security and location were good. And there was a shower booth, so it was clean, and there was a bidet in the bathroom, so it was nice. There were more delivery restaurants nearby than I thought, so it was a good environment to order and eat. It was really close to the sea and I liked that it was visible. Haha. I plan to visit again next time.

Great apartment. Niquel, super clean and well located (really 1 minute from the beach). Information provided on time. Super responsive host when I changed my reservation. A little difficult to find at first despite the clarity of the information.

My parents and I had a very comfortable stay. Host(s) are very quick to respond and honestly the lift issues were not so much a problem for us as there were an extra lift to use at the back. If you are here for the views tho, don’t put your hopes high. Perfect place to stay close by to the beach, whilst having great beds to yourself (at least for us, we had 1 bed each!) Will come back again if I have to stay at Haeundae next time :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-stars! I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and really enjoyed my time. It's a large place, bigger than the photos, and in perfect condition. The unit faces a nice quiet street & there is no noise because of the excellent double-glazing. It's on the 4th floor of Building B. Each apartment is managed by a different company. The elevators are quick unless you use them 10am-12pm or 3pm-5pm, then you might have to wait 10 minutes. The wifi is super fast, though there is a 5-device limit. I even tried my own router directly with the network cable but still hit this 5-device limit. The internet is reliable and fast. It's a very good apartment. Only two minor issues: There's no toaster even though I requested twice. And opposite the front door is an Admin office who regularly move a noisy cart even into the early hours of the morning, which did wake me up. But those are minor. The apartment is nice, light, and airy. I would definitely stay here again. Very good!

I love the view. I only looked at the view and didn't use other things, but I think it's overall satisfying and worth it.

Except for the parking, which was a pity since it was an SUV, everything was a satisfactory accommodation. You can only park on the 4th basement floor of the Jiwel parking lot next to the suv. I stayed for 3 nights, but it was a shame that there was an additional expenditure of 33,000 won, adding 3,000 won per night to 10,000 won. Satisfaction with the accommodation itself is quite high. However, it's not a view of Gwangan Bridge. Actually, if you go to the first floor and cross the two-lane road, it's Gwangalli Beach, so it wasn't a big deal. Satisfy

I stayed for a week at Romi's place and it was perfect. It was easy to get around and see all the sights Busan had to offer. Lot's of restaurants near by and just across the street from the beach. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Romi was very responsive and helpful, she usually replied immediately to my questions and it was very easy to talk to her, she was very friendly. Definitely a great place to stay for short and long term!

Julie is thoughtful in providing other amenities like an iron and ironing board, first aid kit, filtered waters and plenty of towels. As I had a 12 days stay, unexpectedly, Julie came to clean the apartments, changed my bedsheets, pillow cases midway during my stay which was highly appreciated. I will stay here again on my next trip.

The location was awesome, just a couple of minutes from the Busan train and metro station. Lots of things reachable on foot from there or via metro and bus. I got instructions for the checkin with a minute to spare, but I got them in time so no complaints. My recommendation would be to provide a few helpful instructions such as take exit 6 if coming by metro, turn right behind Dunkin’ Donuts, then the building is on your left. Everything was clean, quiet, and just as promised. There were many Korean food options, cafes, western fast food, Uzbek, and Chinese food all within 5 minutes walk. I was very happy with my stay.

Our stay was amazing, the house was very clean and big for two people (we stayed there for 5 days and had 2 big carriers). It was very close to haeundae beach (1 minute walk) and the surroundings were great. I would totaly recomand !

The apartment was small but quite comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from Dongmae metro station and about 30 minutes to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy — definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

Access to the hotel from Busan airport is very convenient, I recommend the airport train 2 stops Gwaebeop Renecite Station and then bus 138-1, it is best to get off at the Samjin Cold Storage stop. The room is clean and what I appreciate is the bathroom inside, working air conditioning and a water heater, I recommend turning it on earlier so that the water heats up. The description and photos of the room are consistent with the host's description. I recommend

It’s such an amazing place. We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable & clean. The bus stop is near & there’s a lot of food places to eat near. I will highly recommend it. :) !!!

I had a very pleasant month, in the end the karaoke is not really disturbing on the contrary, sometimes I laughed to hear people singing very badly 😂 when I had a problem the host was super responsive ( thank you ) very nice stay, I recommend it!
