The accommodation is really pleasant and in a very convenient location. The common areas, such as the living room and kitchen, as well as the terrace on the rooftop, were really romantic, so I was able to use it as a nice space. The private room is clean and tidied up perfectly every time upon request. The host was really kind and always answered my inquiries right away, so I was able to stay well without any inconvenience.

This is my second visit! There was no inconvenience because the host was always kind and quick to respond, and it was so convenient because the subway station and bus stop were close! The accommodation itself was as comfortable as my own home, so I slept well. Thank you☺️

The owner welcomed me so kindly and made me feel comfortable, so I think I'll go again with my friends!!! Now it was as cozy as if I was actually at home, so I slept really well, and overall, it was clean and nice. The breakfast was also well taken care of like a mother, so I tried not to eat it, but it was delicious, so I inhaled it. I had a happy trip thanks to the fact that you even sent me off on the way home! I really recommend it!!!

I wanted to find a place to rest after nursing for 2 nights and 3 days to see my uncle who has been hospitalized for 3 months at Donga University Hospital, but rather, I was healed before heading out. The kindness of the owner was so inspiring that I felt like an angel came to me. Warm and clean beds, blankets, and inspiring breakfast showed more love than family. Thank you so much for accommodating my needs right away and taking care of me. It's a great place to stay just a 2-minute walk near Donga University Hospital, but the host's kindness was the best kindness I've ever experienced. I was comforted by my body and mind for 3 days and 2 nights. Thank you very much.

Amazing stay, this place has a great atmosphere, location, and all the essentials. The floor mat is a bit hard so if you need a soft bed take that into account but I have only good things to say. Would definitely book it again.

I chose Santiago as a travel accommodation in Busan with my colleagues who are exercising.! There were 10 people in total, and when 10 people gathered and had a drink and played, 100% noise complaints, so I ended up going out to play. So I chose Santiago because I wanted to book a private accommodation! The three most important things in choosing a place to stay are...!! 1. There should be at least two bathrooms If 10 people want to wash, it's a war from morning... 2. There should be at least 2 separate rooms Men and women were mixed, so it was nice to have a room. 3. It should be a property with a good night view In fact, most of the time, you go out in the morning and afternoon for travel and sightseeing. I think the function of the accommodation is a comfortable bed + a good place to drink and play I thought it would be nice if it was a lodging that had a good night view of Busan. I was very satisfied with the Santiago accommodation, where I could see the Busan Port Bridge at a glance.

The location and cleanliness of the accommodation were also very good ~ It was an accommodation I booked in a hurry, but I was very satisfied. ^ ^

It was incredible, especially the view of the bay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. There were many street food stalls and restaurants and amusement arcades around so it was very fun and the location is super central.

Sue is really kind and friendly. She was thoughtful in preparing the place and meals, caring and welcoming to ensure that us guests feel at home. The room and house is clean. Bathroom is wonderful. Everything you can expect for a very comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time with Sue in the house. There is enough privacy. The house is beautiful and is in a beautiful location. There are buses that conveniently get you to the city. It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Five stars for everything. Will be happy to return to this house to stay and to visit Sue and family.

The cleaning condition is excellent, the comfort is the best, the equipped products (tableware & washing machine dryer & detergent) are the best, the location is the best- I'm satisfied. I want to stay again ~! Elbe is a little busy.

Lovely apartment and the view is amazing! We rented a car for the trip and there was parking available too :) Though it was up a hill, not that walkable to stores, we still enjoyed our stay here 🩷

It was in the center of Seomyeon, so I couldn't help the noise at night, but I slept well with the earmuffs in the amenities. ~ The shared bathroom was clean and the sink was separate, so it was nice. The single room is a separate door in the dormitory 4-person room, so you can book it. I had a good stay without any inconvenience. ~ I think I'll do the next 1 night in Busan here!

This place was good for the price and wasn’t too far from the bus or subway. They were also pretty quick at responding!

It was a nice decor, which is also very easily accessible from the train station. The owner was very nice and helpful. There was also a lot to offer, e.g. laundry. At night it was a bit noisy from the street. But on the whole it is recommended.

Located near Busan Station, very close to the subway, many convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, many restaurants, the famous Pork Soup Rice is open 24 hours, it is also very convenient to walk there in the middle of the night. The room is very clean, the living room and kitchen have washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, which are very usable. The host provides breakfast every morning and some tea for brewing. Although I didn't use it, it looked very local. The owner has a very cute corgi, it's really very very cute, it eats breakfast in the kitchen every day, the puppy will walk around next to it, it's so cute I can't help but touch it. When I left on the last day, his nose touched my face, and my heart melted.

I was so grateful. 🥹 You don't encounter many people, so even introverted people will be able to stay without any major inconvenience! If I come to Busan again, I want to stay again:)
