We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

The cottage is situated in a historic racehorse training yard within walking distance of the middle of Newmarket. Newmarket is the centre of horse racing and this property is perfectly situated for visitors who want to go racing, to Tattersalls or just visit the town. Easy access from the A14, at the Newmarket junction. Recently renovated cottage set back slightly from road, with 1 king size bed and one double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. A good base to visit Newmarket(2 miles), Cambridge (13 miles) or even a trip to the coast as Felixstowe is under an hour away. Not suitable for children as the stairs are steep. One parking space available at the bottom of the garden. Three local pubs within walking distance.
