Grace’s place was a home from home, clean, spacious and had everything you could need for a stay away. Shops were within walking distance and lots of public transport links to get where needed. Parking on the street was only a short walk away.

Highly recommended! Beautiful cottages and location, perfect for our group holiday. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed, the accommodations had great showers and comfortable beds. The garden is an amazing outdoor space perfect for summer dining. We really enjoyed our stay and Kirsty was a brilliant host, she was really responsive when we messaged. Thanks again!

A great host, very fast responses to our very late notice booking, everything was ready for us within a hour of booking. Super clean and comfortable house with great facilities, perfect for a 3 generation family break. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. We had a wonderful stay! the property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds in clean, lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms... and of course the games cupboard! thank you!

thank you hosts for being so responsive, for answering all my questions and requests with patience :) my family enjoyed their time there. my only nitpick would be some kitchen utensils were a bit dusty / dirty, and there was no hooks in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to hang up clothing. other than that, everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic and memorable stay.

Hotel standard bedrooms and bathrooms. Very convenient location near Trent Bridge. Living area and kitchen all good quality, although we didn't need these this time.

We absolutely loved staying at Lesley’s place. We only stayed for one night en route to other destinations but wish we could have stayed forever!

Fantastic place for a get away very peaceful. Lovely and tidy when we arrived and the hot tub was ready togo. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. 10/10 weekend. Can’t recommend enough.

We’ve just got back from a long weekend away at the Firs for my bestfriend’s hen do! It was amazing. The house was stunning, completely spotless, and well decorated! It looked even better than the photos when we arrived! Every thing you could need and more in the kitchen (dining stuff/glassware/utensils). There were fresh flowers in a vase on the table when we arrived! Spoke with Andy whilst staying there due to us needing to move some cars around (our mistake) and it was no problem at all, Andy was super friendly and helpful. Bedrooms/bathrooms all clean, along with hot tub and outdoor seating areas! Would recommend it to anyone. And not too far at all from Lincoln! It was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for better! We would love to come back at some point! Also, the new extension was stunning too! Well done and Thank you Andrew! :)
