Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Burton Bradstock

Very good communication from host, friendly and informative. Very thing was as described and better. Car park easy to find and Julien had already informed us regarding the road closures in Lyme and which way to arrive. Place was easy to find and very clean and homely. Very large apartment and with plenty of room for the 4 of us. TV was good, and there were DVD's and a DVD player. Wi Fi was excellent. Tea, Coffee, Sugar was available along with essentials in the toilet which was very welcomed. Tesco and Co op within 2 min walk, which for us was very good. I would say the only negative, was the front door, you had to lock once inside as the door did not self lock. With 4 adults and only one key, with door having to be locked, it created an issue, but one that was easy worked around. Maybe have a Yale locked fitted, so that the door is locked without a key? The apartment is over three floors, so the description highlighting this is correct. Place is quirky, and very homely. 5 stars

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

We had a lovely weekend at Tina's annex. Really comfortable and, although a new town is being built just down the road, it was quiet and rural. In fact the new builds meant that there were more buses into Exeter. We went to parkrun, just along the road in the Country Park, visited Killerton National Trust and generally explored locally. It was good to have such a comfortable base to return to.

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

Spacious, clean and well located.

Checking in was a breeze, the apartment and view was hard be beat, the apartment is ten minutes walk from Dawlish town, and you can access the sea wall walk to Dawlish Warren just down the road, and if you wish to travel by Bus the stop is literally outside the House, and Sally and Chris were perfect, WOULD RECOMMEND. We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking space. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was very well stocked with everything you could want and it's a very easy short walk to the beach. I absolutely would recommend this.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – the perfect home base for our trip. Our host, Paul, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was just right. He also gave us loads of great suggestions for local activities and places to check out, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. Communication was easy and quick, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Thanks again, Paul – we’d love to come back!

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

This property exceeded our expectations! Beautifully clean and uncluttered and perfectly situated for exploring both Portland and Weymouth. Host responded really quickly to questions (of which we didn’t have many as all the info was available beforehand. We will definitely be using again when we return to Portland. Perfect for a family of 4 with our small, well behaved dog 😊

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

The apartment is lovely and in the most perfect location, right on the harbour. There are loads of places to eat right on your doorstep. Can also walk to beach and shops easily. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time in Weymouth.

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with amazing sea views. Situated on a quiet road in walking distance to Lyme Regis. The apartment was very clean and well equiped for an enjoyable stay. Melanie was an excellent host and loved the added touch of a welcoming box of biscuits. Would come back again for sure.

My partner and I had a great stay at Lime Tree Lodge. The place was clean, tidy and we were really happy to find everything was of good quality. The welcome pack they provided, helped us know what was there and therefore what we didn't (or did) need to bring. The location is very peaceful and beautiful, the house itself was comfortable, warm and easy-to-use. Highly recommend if you want a nice relaxed base from which to tour around Dorset as we did.
