Suitable for bike and/or motorcycle riders as our workshop is on the first floor. Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

Die ‚12er Loft‘ befindet sich im Obergeschoss des '12er Huus' und besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum. Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

Right in the heart of Bürserberg stands our newly built Rufana Lodge. Rufana Lodge sleeps 8 to max. 10 people. The lovingly furnished apartment has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with private bathroom, and a sofa bed. The spacious living and dining kitchen invites you to linger due to its coziness. The natural clay walls of the bedrooms offer the best indoor climate for a relaxing night. Garden area of about 50m2 included private sauna
