Modern furnished apartment in a fantastic quiet location directly on the hiking trail in the Bergisches Land. Good connection to Cologne: by car about 20–35 minutes (depending on the destination and traffic), by bus and train about 50 minutes (departure every 20 minutes) to Cologne central station. Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offerings are partly within walking distance or by car. Climbing forest K1 is within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower.

New central in-law unit

Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Our accommodation is located near the city center of Solingen with train connections to Düsseldorf and Cologne, a 5-minute walk to the train, 10 minutes to the city center. It is located in the attic of a typical Solingen half-timbered house. The apartment is about 45 square meters, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. You will find relaxation after a strenuous day at the trade fair, an extensive shopping tour or a hike in nature.

The RheinBerg Quarter is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Odenthal district of Glöbusch. The place is about 20 km from the metropolis of Cologne and is at the same time the gateway to the Bergisches Land with its excellent local recreational opportunities. Our accommodation is inspiring with its amenities and countless possibilities in the surrounding area (trade fair visits, Naturarena Bergisches Land, cultural activities). It is good for business travelers, solo travelers and groups of two people.

The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.
