It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Braeside Studios is a detached stone built building adjacent to our family home. We have 2 purpose built, self contained studios each with private entrance door, ensuite shower room, drying cupboard, mini breakfast kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle, toaster) and seating area. Both our rooms are clean and contemporary and focus of comfort and practicality. The garden view room has a double bed and the riverside room has a king sized bed. You are welcome to share our garden.

It has stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Close to Kendal and on the edge of the Lake District National Park the property is handy for all tourist attractions.
