Karen was incredibly nice and very clear on check-in and check-out instructions. plow driver was there first thing every morning cleaning the driveway and the house is very cozy. We hope to come back at a warmer time and enjoy everything the place has to offer! Thank you to Karen for sharing her home and being a great guest!

Walter was an excellent host. The house location is amazing and on such a beautiful piece of property. Access to hiking trails, proximity to town and spectacular views made our stay very enjoyable this winter. We will definitely look to return next year! What a great area of VT.

Pauls home feels like new. The collection of these 3 homes nestled in the woods is extremely private and serves as a great escape from city life. The cabin is remarkably clean and is a great spot to spend the night for a group of 3-5 people.

Had stayed here a few weeks ago and when we had the need to come back to the area, we jumped at the chance to come back.

Sparkling clean. Sublime and bright house. Even on the ski slopes (across the street. Small touches appreciated: coffee, soaps, chocolates. The photos do not do justice to the size of the house. Warm and perfect decor to welcome a group or large family. The house is new and therefore impeccable (see grandiose!) but it is missing some minor elements that will be added over time I imagine (bbq, fondue stove, games, some items in the kitchen) Definitely, I would recommend it and we hope to come back next year!

Peaceful private space in a lovely part of central Vermont, close to Montpelier.

We stayed for several weeks during the winter and had a great time. Florence and the property manager were both friendly and responsive to our questions. The house is well stocked, very comfortable and plenty warm even on very cold days. The view is spectacular! The house is situated such that we got to see the winter sunrise and sunset every day over the mountains! The dirt road is well maintained by the town in the winter though I would caution anyone visiting during mud season that the ruts can be quite impressive. Overall it was a great experience and we'd love to return!

Dan was a great host. Communicated well, was very responsive…we have stayed at Jay many times over the years and appreciated that the house was stocked, we had everything we needed for our stay…just like it was our place. Sounds simple but usually we’re running to get the little things and it was nice to just be able to relax and know they were there. Thanks Dan, we will be back!! Oh and the 300+ inches of snow was kinda cool too!

Maple Lodge was a great place to stay. The hosts Joe and Flo, were very responsive and know the area well to give great recommendations. The place is better than it looks in the pics. the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need! I was here during the winter and I'm sure it would be great to sit out on the deck in the summer and look over the lake!

Everything was as advertised and perfect with this condo. Location is great as well. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you very much for the use of your home.

We had the most magnificent view of Willoughby Notch. Carl needs to showcase that more. The place was very comfortable, and Carl was easily reachable if we had any questions.

Perfect winter stay! The cottage is totally as described, very clean, very comfortable and everything was there: wood, equipped kitchen, games for children, nice decoration for the holidays… we want to go back! There's the ski resort next door and the village is also very convenient.

This was our second time at this chalet. We are 2 families. 4 adults and 4 children ages 9-13. 6 bedroom, with comfortable bed. The kids can all play on the walk out basement...foose ball table, air hockey, karaoke, tv, couch. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans and spices. Beautiful surrounding, a hottub. We will be back for sure! Host was a pleasure to communicate with!

If you're looking for a rustic experience, with some modern amenities, in a secluded, peaceful area with stunning views, this is the place to be!

The Roundhouse was a great place to stay for our anniversary weekend! It was cozy (10/10 wood stove) and felt rustic. The place was wonderfully built and we loved how secluded it was. Our only minor issues were not knowing about the oven being temporarily broken since we brought stuff to make pizza (but we used the wood stove instead) and the WiFi being spotty (maybe due to rough weather conditions?) which didn’t bother us. I thought the shower was cleverly and uniquely done. We’re hoping to come back and see what it’s like in the summer!

A really nice alternative to a hotel setting. The cottage is private and great views of Jay Peak. Would stay again for sure.
