Incredible mt biking, air conditioned, Mountainside Spruce Woods complex, this open-plan one-bedroom condo features a woodstove for cozy evenings and a screened balcony and AC for warmer weather. It sleeps four comfortably on one queen bed and one queen pull out couch and one regular couch, amazing mt biking close to trail for skiing and boarding exciting mt biking trails through out burke mt and kingdom trails with chair lifts and shuttles to bring you to the top to ride again and again

Less than 1 hour away from Stowe and Burke Mt, 10 minutes to Hill Farmstead Brewery or Barr Hill, minutes away to library, tennis, golf, art center, public beach, stores. Easy access to the trail network of Highland Lodge and Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
